Had an amazing energy session with Sheree today at Lotus and Rose. Sheree provided me with so much insight and confirmations through her channeled messages and an oracle card reading followed by a reiki session to help move and release some energy blocks I had been dealing with. I really appreciate how down to earth and relatable Sheree is. It makes the conversation just flow naturally. This is my third reiki session with her and it is truly astonishing how wonderful I feel after each one. It feels like the equivalent of a spa day but for my mind, body and soul. I always leave feeling relaxed and refreshed. The location is absolutely perfect. Easy to find. Plenty of parking. And their space is inviting and made me feel instantly safe and cozy. I am looking forward to continuing to connect with Sheree and Nicole at the many offerings Lotus and Rose provides. Thank you so much!

Sheree and Nicole are wonderful energy healers and have a beautiful way of presenting to others. I have enjoyed their meditation groups, including a full moon one and a sound bath/reiki one. I had a lovely session with Sheree around woman's healing, and it was relaxing and meditative as well. I recommend their center and their programs. Both of them are very easy to be around and provide spiritual warmth and guidance to all.

Today I had the privilege of receiving a healing session from Sheree and Nicole. Nicole provided the amazing sound and Sheree her magical healing touch. I have had sessions before with just Sheree and she is amazing but having her and Nicole combine their gifts was indescribable. We are so lucky they are around. I highly reccomend them. Nicole is amazing. She is such a loving, smart, funny woman who always makes me feel comfortable being vulnerable with her. She is incredibly gifted and thoughtful, her intentionality is beautiful. I have been seeing Nicole for Reiki for the past 4 years. It has become something I need in my life. I leave our sessions feeling lighter, validated, and cared for. Nicole makes you feel so comfy and safe. I was a bit skeptical before trying reiki as I didn't know much about it. And wow!! It is so transformative and helpful. I have had sessions with both of these amazing women. From Nicole's (Rose Ray) Crystal Bowl sound baths to Sheree's (Sherhiannon) Reiki and Hypnosis sessions. I have greatly benefited from the relaxation, peace of mind, and perspective received from their healings. They also host Jennifer Sullivan and her " Get Gonged" sound bath, Gong meditation. This meditation is amazing. Just intense enough to take you on a journey and relaxing enough to gently land you back to your peace.
