Unbelievable the lack of importance this place makes you feel. I have had so much trouble trying to receive proper care here. I went in for a consult with the pain mgmnt doctor and was told to make an appointment for the following week to start care with him it to be called and told I had to pay the remainder of my deductible before they would treat me. This is totally unheard of. I call today to get better information as to why this place has decided that a patient can't receive any treatment for anything unless you pay your deductible up front. Who has ever heard of such a thing? I get told by the referral department that Nick, the patient access director will call me back to answer my questions. I was told if I do hear from him by 4 to call. I tried for almost 30 minutes to call and was not able to even get through because there was something wrong with the phone system and every number I tried gave me a message saying the call could not go through. I finally reach someone at 450 and was put on hold only to be told he wasn't at his desk. I was also then told that instead of Nick, that Robert the business office mgr, would be calling me the next morning. By this time it was 455 and I asked to be out through to the billing office because I had other questions. Put back in hold and was then told there was no one in the office that everyone was gone. This place needs to get it's business together. I've had to switch doctors twice already. Once because the first doctor was too busy to be bothered with actually doing her job and then I switched a second time because the one I was seeing was never there.

I have taken my children to Megan Chandler for a few years now, her and her nurses are amazing. She listens to my girls and they are all very kind. We have also seen a few other doctors there when Megan is unavailable and have been very pleased with them as well. The whole staff is amazing.

Left fighting tears after a visit with Dr. Lopez. I felt like he actually cared and that I was finally heard. As a first time patient, he took the time to ask all the questions,

We had great service at the clinic until the last year. They moved our provider away from the clinic to the ER and apparently don't have enough providers to see patients in the clinic now because trying to get an appointment is a month or more out. When you do schedule appointments they call or text to cancel or reschedule when it finally gets closer. Refused to give referral to my specialist I've waited nearly a year for appointment with because I didn't come to appointment they canceled. Told me their system says I'm the one who canceled it and told me I'm a liar their system says I canceled via text. This is a ridiculous way to manage Healthcare for patients with serious chronic health conditions. No compassion and refusal to admit their mistakes in scheduling. Their supposedly foolproof system of scheduling and documentation even kept texting me that I had an appointment after they canceled it (I did call and verify that it was canceled after I received the confirmation text and it was). We will be looking elsewhere for primary care because this is dangerous if you depend on medication from a specialist you can't get if you don't see.

In the Family care clinic I recommend Susan Mullinex, they should name a ocean after that women. All these people can do is try to help.. very caring, knowledgeable, experienced. She exceeded in every way. If I'm sick it's fate, but she sure did do her thing. May this clinic always transpire🥰🫠

All of the providers here are the best. We see Kasey Ramirez the most and she's amazing. She really listens and helps work a plan that suits you as a patient. Highly recommend any of these providers!
