I have been a patient of Darren’s for many years, and he’s helped me through everything from headaches to menopause to everyday stress to chronic pain from a shoulder injury in infancy and so much more. I’ve had the opportunity also to be treated by Stephanie from time to time and find her style a bit different from his but every bit as beneficial. Both are warm and welcoming and genuinely listen to their patient at each visit to cater the treatment to their current need. I highly recommend them both.

as a result of a flu vaccine, i experienced excruciating pain on my left side from my neck, under my arm and down my arm to 2 left fingers. at the recommendation by a friend to try acupuncture and specifically to see dr. stephanie, i made an appointment. i found her to be pleasant, understanding and knowledgeable, and after taking the assessment, which revealed a lot, i decided to give it a try. within a few visits, the pain was gone and is still gone. that happened in january 2023. it's now 2024. i voluntarily go to acupuncture every month and highly recommend drs. stephanie and darren. they do a great job with what ails you and helps your body to heal itself without pills or medication, which has it's place but so does acupuncture.

If you are interested in trying acupuncture for any reason, I certainly can recommend MD AcuMed Integrative health. Darren has broad knowledge and experience. He can discuss philosophy and technique with equal competence. He treats you as the entire complex and dynamic person you are. He is wise and kind. The office is beautiful. A feeling of well-being descends upon one upon entering. Acupuncture is an ancient, and I would say, holy, art and science. You will find no better practitioners in this area.
