Some people get a gym membership for the new year, we started seeing a chiropractor. Our whole family loves Dr. Kinlaw. He is extremely kind, patient, and knowledgeable. We never feel rushed during our appointments. And Carmella up at the front desk is the sweetest person you will ever have the pleasure of speaking to. Highly recommend.

I went to Mesa Health & Aesthetics for the first time today for a Botox appointment. I have had Botox a few times in the past but never received an experience like this. Dr. Gregory Mesa was so thorough with all my options and what would work best for me. I was blown away with the time he provided and his level of care and knowledge and, not to mention, the injections didn't hurt at all!
I will definitely be going back for other services and am so glad to have a facility like this in Monument!

Tilden has been amazing for chiropractic adjustments, helping with my hip pain and working with all of the issues stemming from my reverse curved neck and TMJ. Won't see anyone else!
Have also seen Dr. Mesa for laser treatments to help with my chronic pain and tightness from TMJ. Have struggled with severe pain since I was elementary age, and never before seen any results or improvement like I am experiencing with laser treatment. All other attempts at relief for treatment would only last for at most 24 hours. And I've sought treatment for 30 years. Physical therapy, dental occlusion, 11 bite splints. I've done everything shy of surgery. Decrease in pain and increased range of motion immediately upon sitting up after first laser treatment. Have had three sessions now and so much tension is gone! No longer experiencing pain. Have maintained increased, measurable range of motion. I've had a couple months of relief and wake up feeling better each day. Now trying to adjust to being able to open my mouth easily after years of being locked tight! Cannot recommend it enough. If you have any type of TMJ, see both Tilden and Dr. Mesa. Chiropractic care and laser treatment have been life- changing.
