Michael Ranft was recommended by my 83yo mom's PCP. My mom's health is fragile and she is in considerable pain daily. After speaking with Michael via phone, I was most hopeful and made a appointment to bring mom in for treatment. He made us an appointment for the following week. I travel from Little Rock to take my mom to her appointments. We arrived at the clinic to find it completely dark and closed for business. There was no signage affixed to the door indicating why the clinic was closed. Come to find out later, after many messages left on the clinic's line, Michael's wife called me and told me the office was closed due to the fact he was ill. I made another appointment for the next week. The day of my mom's appointment, I was running a few minutes late getting to town due to freeway traffic issues. I placed calls throughout the morning and assured the office we would be there ASAP. After arriving to his office on the scheduled date, I found him to be VERY rude and nothing like his telephone personality. He insulted my mom and acted downright nasty. My mom requested to just take her shirt off, rather than strip down to her underwear. This man had the LITERAL GALL to demand she remove her clothes or we could go elsewhere for treatment!!! Who does that? I also found him to be quite intrusive as to my own health issues. I, mean, really? This appointment was for MY MOM! If I could give 10 negative stars, I most definitely think this man deserves it.

For over 15 years I have turned to Dr. Ranft for relief from aches and pains. Over10 years ago, I was diagnosed with capel tunnel syndrome with excrusiating pain from my right shoulder all down my whole arm. In 4 treatments, I was completely pain free and it never came back. So thankful not to have had surgery.
