I can’t speak highly enough of Gudran and her team in Moon Rabbit! I walked by it soon after I had moved to the city and decided to give acupuncture a try because the space was so lovely and I was so glad I did! Each session was complete bliss, and I was so sad saying goodbye after so many weekly visits. It will be my first stop when I’m back visiting! They even gave me a little goodbye gift ?❤️

I recently visited Moon Rabbit Acupuncture in the West Loop, and without a shadow of a doubt, it was one of the best experiences I’ve ever had. From the outset, Bailey was exceptional, making the process of setting up my massage seamless and demonstrating professionalism throughout. The real highlight, however, was the massage with Jose Ortiz. I’m not even sure where to begin—Jose delivered an extraordinary massage from start to finish. His ability to check in at just the right moments and incorporate thoughtful mantras throughout the session elevated the experience to an unparalleled level of relaxation. I’m already looking forward to my next visit and have it booked. Highly recommended for anyone seeking an exceptional massage experience!

I’ve been to the Lincoln Park location and their service is okay. Today I woke up feeling terrible, took my temperature which was 101 and immediately called them to let them know I wouldn’t be able to make my 1215 appointment. The person on the phone told me that I’d be charged a cancellation fee because their policy is 12 hours. I asked if she would rather I come in sick and she said that I could come in sick and could wear a mask and ask the practitioner to wear a mask too. I’m obviously a normal human being that is not going because I don’t want to get anyone else sick but I do think anyone that goes here should know that this is their policy and I’m guessing they have a similar policy for their employees. It’s just so gross to think about this in a place where you go to feel better. Yuck!!
