First impression: 4 stars. Why?

My experience: The bed is a little small for my height (6’1). When I was lying down on the bed, I couldn’t fully relax my body and enjoy the treatment. The bed was pressed against a wall in a small room so my left arm and shoulder felt a bit uncomfortable.

Cupping: The cupping therapy I received from this clinic was okay but it wasn’t effective enough to relieve my back pain & muscle tension. I prefer my regular massage therapist who has decades of experience in cupping therapy, tui na, and chinese massage therapy.

Acupuncture: my first session at this clinic was quite nice. I received both traditional acupuncture and electro acupuncture. I am sure you will get better results when you get acupuncture treatments more consistently.

Diagnosis:
The health diagnosis was quite general & generic. I wish the doctor could give me more in-depth information and advice about my health conditions so that I can improve my health even better. FYI, I am a biochemistry graduate and take care of my health seriously.

Price:
The price is very reasonable and clearly listed at their website.

Overall, it’s worth trying this TCM clinic.

I found Dr Jean online . I was having horrible lower back pain/hip. Come to find out it's my sciatic nerve that is causing my pain. Besides that I have upper back pain too. This has been my 3rd visit and my pain has subsided I can finally get up out of bed normally. Thank you Dr Jean and staff. I will continue to be a patient . And I recommend anyone who is having pain to go and visit Dr Jean she has the magic hands.
