When I first saw Dr. Austin back in 2017, I was miserable. I was having chronic muscle spasms in my lower back and had no idea why. I was young and in shape but had this consistent issue where every month or so I’d have a flare up and it would take me out for a couple of days. I went to doctors who tried to prescribe me pain medication and told me to not workout so much, but didn’t even try to really fix my issue. What 25 year old wants to just take pain meds and sit on the couch? Dr. Austin identified my issue, helped me manage it and changed my life. He helped me not only with my pain, but helped me understand how my sleep position, workout form, stretching routine, etc., all contributed to my SI-joint issues and helped me adjust them. He’s a great chiropractor, but he’s realistic and understands how exercise helps your body long term. He blends in mobility solutions that help with overall health and gives long-lasting care. I still see him when needed (maybe every 2-3 weeks), and I consider treatment from him an essential part of my health management.

Having been someone who suffered migraines for years and attempted medications and numerous doctors to help control it to no avail, it was thanks to Dr. Austin at New Hope Functional Chiropractic that I've been migraine free for over six months. He listens to my concerns and focuses his treatment where I need it, not just all over, while providing realistic goals and treatment plans. Him and his staff are professional and kind, while their office space is beautiful, clean, and always welcoming.

I'll never go anywhere else, and I've recommended him to everyone I know.

Dr. Tyson is amazing. I was having chronic low back pain for several years, and since seeing him (4 years now) I've never felt better. I was on the verge of considering back surgery and now that's completely off the table.
His method is different. Hands on but in a more functional way.
