Never did I think that at 49 years old I would be walking into a physical therapy clinic, following a total knee replacement. On a very cold, snowy February day, I wheeled my way into NMSMC Boyne City. I was immediately greeted with warmth and kindness. Throughout my 12-week journey at NMSMC Boyne, the entire staff was incredible. Cathy did an excellent job at coming up with a plan that fit my individual needs. While I had great interaction with all the staff, Jesse and Candice were my saving grace. They both used their knowledge, combined with compassion and understanding, to help me achieve the best possible outcome for my recovery. It’s because of them that I feel stronger and more confident with my new knee. I could not have asked for better care from a kinder, more thoughtful group of people. I will see you all again this winter.

Very Clean facility! Sanitizers and spray cleansers throughout! Jill greets with warm friendly eyes @ every visit! Masks worn so I can't see the smile. Friendly and professional staff! Patience & Compassion will never be forgotten. Jim, Candie, Kristina and Steve are all a breath of fresh air and we are so Blessed to have this AMAZING group in Boyne City. One more thing: LOVED the Medbridge home exercise program. Used daily on my own time. 10 stars not 5

The staff are so engaging with all of the clients and have improved the quality of my Dad's life immensely - both physically and emotionally. He considers Steve and Jordan his friends - that's how warm and friendly they are!!

My rehab after shoulder surgery went very well. The staff is friendly, professional and fun! I stayed on, joining the "Get Moving" program which enables me to have a customized exercise program. Facility is available anytime the center is open, including using the therapy pool.
