Not pleased with Northside pharmacy at all! They refused to transfer my prescription from Marietta to Thomaston. I was informed they are not taking new patients for this particular medication. Spoke with the pharmacist, Amy, and she stated, “We are unable to take new patients due to supply. This is our policy.” I informed her that I last received the same prescription from Northside in January of this year and months before that time. I asked Amy if the store has the policy in writing. She said no and that I need to speak with Carla, the store manager upon her return to work. Well, Northside Pharmacy, you will never get my business in the future.

This pharmacy was the only pharmacy that was willing to fill my sons prescription. All pharmacies in a 30/45 miles radius claim the medication was on back order. He has ADHD and Autism, so it’s very important for him to take his medication every single day! The staff is extremely friendly, it only took about 5 mins for them to fill it! Definitely recommend!!

Delivery is definitely a plus, but I feel like several of the young ladies and/ or pharmacy techs, that mostly are only by phone know me by name, on a monthly basis whether they are delivering or just making sure they have my prescription in stock , and I choose to stay with Northside, regardless of being nudged to use a chain pharmacy.

Love this pharmacy because they have bent over backwards to help me every since I became paralyzed in 1986,had all the medical supplies that I needed and some I didn't know I needed, the staff looked out for me like I was family, kept track of what I was taking and warned me as needed ,I honestly owe them my life and to my shame I owe them alot of money cause I had a line of credit that I let get out of control when my mom had 3 strokes and was placed in harbor view where I am now following a botched surgery on both hips, I have been here since January 28th 2017 and was in here 4 months prior to July thru October 30th for rehab from a kidney infection that took 21 days in hospital then here to get some strength and mobility back just to be right back in here 2 &1/2 months later. I thought I had my house sold twice but both times the buyer fell short of credit leaving me without a way to pay my severely delinquent tab which is still causing some serious issues with my nerves,and anxiety is threw the roof because these people have been there for me trusted me far beyond what any other pharmacy or person would have. I will pay them back all that I owe, then some, even if it has to be with my life insurance. I haven't seen a bill since 2016,but I know it's way over 1000$ now. I want to pay but in here I get 30$ a month for clothing, hygiene products, and a few snacks. I am truly trying to find a way to pay these amazing people who haven't seen or heard from me for almost 2 1/2yrs! I'm sorry staff and owner of this small business who I know need every cent I owe. My house is still up for sale at half the market price. 15,000$ and that's negotiable so I can pay what I owe them. I remember how they treated me even though I never have been inside they would come out to my truck and talk with me as long as needed. I have nothing but respect for the women and men at northside pharmacy, u r truly a wonderful blessing to me and many others in thomaston and far beyond. All I can really say is thank you from the bottom of my heart,my mom and dad thank you too, U helped them out too, cause they really didn't know my needs 32yrs ago but U Got us through the medical supplies part of our lives,and u are still helping my daddy and niece, cousins aunts, uncles.You will get all I owe you just as soon as possible. Again THANK YOU AND GOD BLESS YOU ALL. THOSE STILL THERE AND THOSE WHO HELPED ME BUT HAVE MOVED ON. U HONESTLY HELPED KEEP ME ALIVE FOR A LITTLE OVER 3 Decades now! U are truly special people. That I have nothing but respect and love for.
