Don't believe everything you see on TV. I tried to get in to see my doctor after having flu symptoms for two weeks and was told I couldn't be seen for another two weeks.....NEXT DAY APPOINTMENTS MY ASS!! These people say they care about seniors, but just like every other quack out there, they just want to put you in the pharmaceutical machine! Guess I will go back, as I don't have a choice.

Rip-off from beginning to end. The TV commercials are great, but a LIE. Only nurse practitioners and NO DOCTORS. Going here was a waste of my time and money. Established to take advantage of seniors.

They say they have a doctor for everything, and that they are trained to handle everything. But yet I go and they tell me they don't have any specialist for everything. But yet I make an appointment go then sat down for the 1st part and they tell me, that they can only do basic health requirements. What the commercial says one thing and what actually can do are COMPLETELY different.
So, save your time and go someplace else. Good luck and God bless.

So far I have had the greatest experience at oak street health. Everyone is nice respectful and patient. The facility is very clean with new equipment. I love the green color scheme. I have already recommended them to my mother.

I expected same old business model and was very pleasantly surprised to find Oak St. Health comfortable, inviting, designed with seniors top-of-mind but still a professional/clinical setting. That’s quite an achievement! The attention to social outreach (Bingo games on site) and nitty-gritty necessities (like providing transportation to appointments) was really quite impressive. Kudos to the planners and to all the implementers of this new model of healthcare. Quite a refreshing difference!

Everyone was very pleasant. I was asked many health questions I haven't been asked in years about my health. I appreciate the fact they were interested in what I needed taken care of for the present and the future. Cindy picked up on little things about me no one ever mentioned before about my health I felt truly cared about
