Caryn is an absolutely incredible acupuncturist and healer. I've been receiving acupuncture treatments for over 20 years and I've never experienced someone who is so caring, skilled, and dedicated to the healing of their patients. She has been essential to my recent healing journey and I've experienced incredible improvements in my mental, emotional, and physical health in only a few months. Even after the first treatment, I knew I had found a very special person to help me heal. Caryn goes above and beyond a traditional acupuncture treatment and takes time to listen and truly understand what I'm struggling with. She has been very supportive and encouraging as well and I always walk out of the treatment feeling immensely better than when I walked in. I absolutely recommend going to see Caryn!

Caryn has been essential to the health of me and my family. I came to her feeling helpless and suffering from post partum depression/anxiety. She not only treated me for stress, but other health problems I hardly even knew I had until they were gone (I was chronically hot and she literally cooled me down! I would not recommend seeking treatment here.

I just called to see about becoming a new patient. She sounded very unhappy on the phone- short, dry, unenthused, nothing warm or healing about her. There was this tone to her voice that instantly gave me a bad feeling in my stomach.
“Why do you want acupuncture? I don’t take just anyone..”
Turns out she doesn’t accept my insurance either even though I found her through the provider site and it’s listed under her payment tab on her website.
My phone dropped the call as she was complaining about how “horrible” it was that her name was on my insurance site.
She quickly called me back and left me a voicemail accusing me of hanging up on her and calling me “a rude little brat”.

Baffled by the unprofessionalism and the overall misery of this woman.
It’s okay that you don’t accept my insurance but just be kind.

I caution any interaction with her- she projected a lot onto me in just a short phone call.

Please retire Caryn.
It sounds like you’re going through a lot and you might not be in a place to hold space for healing.

Called to make an appointment and find out if she accepted my insurance. No return call back. When my husband went down there and left his number this was the response: “received all messages. Out of office. Multiple calls and stopping by the office are not necessary”. Rude. Sounds like she doesn’t need more patients. Can’t imagine her bedside manner. No thanks.
