I cannot say enough wonderful things about Mia and her practice! Mia is absolutely fantastic! I didn’t know that intuitive eating existed before I started working with her, and I thought I was just going to a nutritionist that could give me an eating plan so I could call it a day. However, the problem with classic nutrition ideology is that it misses the entire point of why we are driven to make the food choices we do and how we can take greater control over our behaviors. From my experience, working with Mia has helped me accept my body the way it is and celebrate it right here right now. Utilizing intuitive eating, I am in the process of learning how to honor what my body craves and its huger cues. DO NOT start another diet this year. The best dietitian service to release yourself from the toxic cycles of dieting. Even listening to Mia a few times empowered me to take my life back. I suffered with eating disorders, yoyo dieting and disordered eating I wasn't even aware of for years so much so that my body didn't know how to operate anymore. After Mia gave me knowledge and awareness I was finally able to break free and start understanding my body. She is a warm beautiful soul who can help you break down walls you didn't know were there.
