Very impressed by the cleanliness and warm welcome from staff at this nail salon! It is truly a relaxing experience and the complimentary bottled water, hot tea and hot neck pillow is a nice touch. My favorite was the jet foot spa, felt sooo good! I look forward to coming back here soon.

Loved it. So peaceful and quiet (except for occasional street noise). The warm neck wrap and cold water (I declined coffee or tea options) were lovely, and the massage chair was great. My technician was really nice, and gentle with my very ticklish feet. I got the parafín wrap, and she was very careful to check the temperature with me before wrapping my feet. She also gently told me to put my phone down and relax while she gave me a leg massage. 🙂 Very clean and bright, and my toesies look great for the first time in ages!

ETA: It has been FOUR WEEKS and my toes still look amazing! My coworker swore I must've just gotten them done!

They always do a fantastic job. Getting gel here never makes my nails hurt. Employees are super kind and considerate. Everything is very clean! They have massage chairs and always offer water, tea and coffee as well as a warm neck compress. Unwinding here is heaven.

Absolutely love this!!! Full service for Pedicure 10/10/10 . The salon was so clean and perfect environment for relaxing day . I’ve been this nail salon for few months and always get incredible experiences from technicians.They are very sweet ,friendly and professional . Highly recommended this,,, one of the best nail salon. ** don’t forget to ask for some hot tea !! Pretty good and free

First of all, the purpose of this feedback is not to seek solution from the salon. The salon and I agree a mutual resolution for both parties. Hence, the feedback is for the upcoming customers. Also, it is not about the quality of the salon. So you can skip this if you are looking for that. It is about pricing for the services. Tips are optional according to the sign in the store and in the salon's reply to me. However, in reality, the salon will need tips in order to serve you. Tipping culture is a debatable topic so just according to my own opinion, tips are depended on my willingness. For sure, the salon will treat you better if you give higher tips. That argument is understandable. Still, it can not be a reason to not serve customers while making up excuses such as to maintain positive and respectful environments. I know those are just ways to deny but accusing customers for being negative and disrespectful while they did not do so is not right at all.

Overall, what I wrote here is just a warning for potential clients that you need tips to get served. And on my point of view, if you depend on tips to run your business, you'd better raise the prices for your services.

This was the BEST pedicure we've ever had in multiple cities and states. Nancy and Kate were amazing! I'm very height challenged standing only 4' 9" so rarely do I get to enjoy the massage chairs but these chairs pulled forward remotely so I could reach and still enjoy the massage. It was great. Thank you Organic Nail House!

I went for the first time today, as my previous salon shut down during COVID. I made an appointment, and they were very gracious when I let them know I would be running late. When I arrived, I noticed how clean it was - and the vibe was serene. I was taken to my table, and was offered tea/coffee. I was also given a water bottle, a pillow for my back, and a heated neck pillow that smelled lovely. My nail tech was very nice and I am happy with how she did my nails - Julie rocks!

I was very impressed and happy at Organic Nail House. I liked the vibe, and felt relaxed and pampered. The bathroom is also very clean! I am looking forward to my next visit.
