I could not agree more with all the previous reviews. I came to see Dr. Fan after seeing all the great reviews last year as I was looking for a solution for my insomnia and several other illness. Now I am writing a review after 9 months.

I can sleep much better at night and even going back to sleep after waking up, something I thought I would never be able to do again. I can focus better at work and everything now (with better sleep), and I feel like I gain back control of my life once again.

Dr. Don is such an amazing health professional. The level of care I receive under his expertise is excellent. He is incredibly patient, accommodating, kind, and comforting. I have several herniated discs in my lower spine. During the Fort McMurray evacuation I found myself in Calgary and needing to continue treatment to ease pain and numbness. Dr. Fan was simply amazing. He took time to understand my issues, listened to what I had to say after treatment, and altered his treatment to get the best results from our sessions. By far, the best treatments I have ever had. I wish I could continue to see him. To whomever is reading this review, you can't go wrong here, trust me. From someone who has had treatments with so many people to end this sciatica suffering, Dr Fan is the end of the road, you have reached your destination!

I have been seeing Dr. Don 'off and on' for years. I get lower back pain quite often, wherein I am walking bent over just to get to his office. When I walk out, I walk out straight, it's just amazing. I have sent at least 20 people, if not more to Dr. Don, and everyone has had a wonderful experience with his acupuncture methods. He has been such a big help to a lot of people. My last experience with Dr. Don was a pinched nerve, I was off work for 2 months, went to see Dr. Don (plus my chiropractor for 'nerve flossing exercises') 3 times a week for about 2 months. I do not know what I would have done for the pain without Dr. Don. I encourage people who have pinched nerves to get on it right away, so that you don't have the horrible pain that I endured, and see Dr. Don, he does help with a myriad of other issues. Dr. Don is definitely the acupuncturist you need to see. He treats all of his patients with such respect and he also takes his time with you and he is a Dr. that takes one patient at a time. You never have to worry about a full office of people and the Dr. not having enough time for your concerns, he always has the time for you! If you are shopping around for an acupuncturist, I would not hesitate to highly recommend Dr. Don.

I am blown away by the knowledge of Dr. Fan and his patience in providing explanations.

I went to him for fertility reasons and he taught me more about my body than any class or doctor. He explained the best ways to chart temperature and ovulation and gave his advice on what he was seeing in my charts. He recommended supplements but doesn’t sell them (they were readily available from Blush Lane).

He was thorough in talking through his acupuncture process in advance and gave a guided meditation during the session. He puts significant effort into making you comfortable.

I got pregnant one cycle after my sessions with him. I’ll never know if it was truly the acupuncture that did it but his knowledge alone was worth it.
