I have been doing OsteoStrong for a few years now in both Seattle and Arizona to help with my strength and balance, and I recently visited the Little Rock location while on a trip to Arkansas.  I found the site to be quite spacious and meticulously clean. Really enjoyable and knowledgeable staff! I always feel better after doing one of these short sessions, and my balance has improved noticeably since I started with the program. The best 15 minutes I spend every week.

After learning of OsteoStrong, I did my research. I then went for a presentation in mid September of ‘24 and there were no red flags to discourage me. So I signed up for three months. After just 8 weeks I am experiencing less nerve pain and more strength and balance. I will continue until at least July of ‘25 when I can have another bone density test done. I hope to see improvement. I have neuropathy, osteoporosis and degenerative disc disease. Denise and Bonnie are so knowledgeable and helpful.

Great experience! Staff is so friendly and helpful. They guide you through each exercise to make sure you to it correctly. So no chance of overdoing it or causing injury. I have proof if results. I am much stronger now. Thank you Denise and Bonnie!❤️
