This Dr is very good at what he does. He has an excellent bed side manner, is very knowledgeable and has excellent credentials. I had a dim view of podiatrists before now because the other ones I have been to do not measure up to this Dr. I am so thankful I went here and have received remarkable care.

I was seeing another Dr. in Hot Springs where I have waited more than an hour in the waiting room and another hour in a room before I was seen. I have never waited more than 15 minutes at Ouachita Foot and Ankle to see the Doctor. Their staff is friendly and his nurse puts you at ease and makes you feel "appreciated" as a patient. Dr. K. Is great, he is quick to evaluate and complete procedures to put you back on your feet. I highly recommend this Doctor.

I called about a month ago to try and get my records. I was told they don’t keep anything online so I would have to wait for the doctor to write them out (I hadn’t been in well over 6mo, so how he would remember what to put off the top of his head is beyond me). I asked if it could be emailed to me and I was told there was no company email. I said I was okay to o have it them mailed, could I get an estimation on when they’d show up? She said they couldn’t promise me anything. I asked if they could have them ready by the next Wednesday when I could be in town to pick them up (called on a Thursday). She said no. I called again this morning to check and they still aren’t ready. How can a doctors office be so lax about getting records to patients? I also believe they are not as in depth with examinations as they should be. Nursing staff have always been friendly, but the way the clinic is run is incredibly unprofessional and irritating as a patient. I would highly recommend anyone looking for a podiatrist to look elsewhere.

he is absolutely fantastic he was the 7th doctor i went to for my ankle issue and he found the problem immediately and operated. yes it was a long recovery but his staff and him are so kind and loving and really get to know you. i was running a fever after surgery and he gave me his personal cell number and he called me and answered the phone at anytime even midnight. they are wonderful and im glad that i fell into his hands.

Wait time was fairly fast. Had to have 2 doses of numbing shots since the first didn't work. Overall excellent care

The doctor made things worse for my wife.
They made molds and gave her a walking boot that she could not wear and made her pain worse. We were charged for something that caused more pain and damage.
