This was such a relaxing experience! The staff were very welcoming and professional, and the space was clean and cozy. I got the 60 minute head spa. I loved how they did a variety of techniques, and they really paid attention to the knots in my neck and shoulders and gently worked them out. This is not just a head treatment, but a full neck, shoulders, and arm massage. Highlights for me were the gua sha, arm massage, and the warm water rinse.
Parking is easy and validated at the Aloft hotel next door as well.

I came here with my mom for head spa treatments and it was very relaxing. The rooms are all private, so you won't be in the same room with other people. I got the 60 minute head spa treatment and my favorite parts were the shoulder and arm massage, the waterfall hair wash, and the neck water massage. I would recommend not wearing a necklace like I did as they get in the way of the massages. Everyone working here was very lovely. I also found easy and free parking next to the spa. Just a heads up though, this spa experience is for people who like or enjoy deep tissue massages. This isn't a spa experience where your going to fall asleep because you're so relaxed. Your body will thank you later though.

Tried a head spa for the first time come to pacific massage &head spa . it was SO good! They used Milbon scalp products from Japan — smelled amazing and felt super refreshing.

The coolest part? They used an AI scalp scanner to show before & after pics — my scalp was way cleaner after the treatment, like all the oil and buildup was gone.

It was super relaxing, and even helped loosen up my neck and shoulders. The place is super clean and peaceful. Honestly felt like my brain got a spa day 😂
Highly recommend if you’re stressed, work at a desk a lot, or just wanna treat yourself!

Absolutely loved my experience getting a head spa ! The facility was clean and so organized. The staff was friendly. For parking park in the aloft hotel underground parking lot and they will validate your parking. No need to look for street parking. Walk up a couple stairs through the parking lot and you'll enter right into the gorgeous spa. They offer more than just head spa!

I enjoyed parts of the head spa and facial but it was not entirely relaxing. I wish they had done head spa in a proper room. It was in a partial room by the entrance so was constantly getting disturbed. Massage was good though- would have preferred a more calmer setting to relax! They are flexible and open to walk ins as well!
