David Wu, LAc with Phila acupuncture center has been treating me for a few months now. My results have been wonderful in both pain aid and healing from frozen shoulder, back pain, and even wounds due to my job as a dog groomer for 20 years+. David honestly cares in that he wants to know how you are doing , he is great at listening to your problems and knowing how to focus on the problem. He makes sure you comfy and has soothing techniques. My quality of life is better because of David.

I’m big fan of acupuncture. My family used to live in Asia for quite a while where acupuncture is very popular. I choose Dr. Tsan because of the positive reviews all over the net and I do not regret. He is the great acupuncturist, very nice person and he is a Medical Doctor, which is very important because his understanding of the medical issues based on scientific researches. You have to see and to talk to him to understand what I mean.

Simply BEST OF THE BEST. The team of practitioners at the Philadelphia Acupuncture Clinic works under supervision of Dr. Tsan
My first treatment was OK. I received it from one of Dr. Tsan’s associates. Beautiful, nice woman. After second and third treatments, I did not feel any difference and even got some kind of flair-ups. That is when she said, “Let me ask HIM, he always has a solution.” Doctor Tsan came to the treatment room, looked at my eyes, checked my pulse and palpated my spine. After that, he explained something to his associate and bingo! After that procedure, everything changed and the improvement was significant. In addition, before I left Victor gave me some homeopathic remedies with instruction. To say thanks to these practitioners is not enough to recognize their professionalism and dedication.

Would like to thanks Dr Tsan for his great help in treating my terrible lower back pain. I suffer this condition for, at least 4 years with pain on and off and traditional medicine was useless. The only recommendations I got is to take pain killers. So glad, I use acupuncture. Took 10 sessions and could easily say that on a scale 1-10, my pain is barely 1. Thank you again.

If you diagnosed with MS, you are getting a verdict, and you understand that the life changed once and forever. That’s what I felt when a neurologist described to me the MRI report. Since traditional medicine has nothing to suggest I considered alternative treatment and GOOGLE brought me to Philadelphia Acupuncture Clinic. I live in NY and 1 hour 45 minutes driving is not something that may become a showstopper. Also, I’m not sure because of the MS or regardless, but my fertility was insufficient, and I never became pregnant. I would like to thank Victor Tsan and Philadelphia holistic center for the help I got.
My son is 13 years old but time to time has a little ‘pee’ accidents overnight.
We had tried everything, read a lot of articles about it, but nothing helped.
Dr Tsan prescribed homeopathic pills to my son and starting 1st night, he is free of accidents.
Its more than 4 months now and I am afraid to believe.
I wrote my 1st review after just couple weeks but now decided to update.

The acupuncture treatment delivered by Doctor Tsan changed my life. After the MVA that happened more than 10 years ago I’ve been partially disabled. I was unable to exercise, I was unable to sit for a longer than 15 minutes, I was unable to do any home activities. I underwent surgery without a significant outcome. After treatment performed by this doctor, I’m active again.

Dr. Tsan is THE BEST. Do yourself a favor and chose this physician. He is expensive and his treatment not covered by insurance, but he is the magician in medicine and it worth every penny.
