Would give 0 stars if possible. Got a 10-minute massage and lady said minum tip it 5 colors for a 12 dollar service. Then point to a sign on wall that said tips a greatly appreciated. I told her it did not say 5 dollar minium. Then started getting upset with me want to only give her a 3 dollar tip. Very rude and unprofessional staff.

Been to a few massage places before due to shoulder back pain and by far this is the worst/most expensive massage I’ve gotten, they have very strong hands that leave you with bruises as they don’t use cream or lotion on you, they try to upsell you as much as possible when it’s already $40 for 30 mins as well as demanding a $20 tip. Don’t fall for it there are much better massage places out there.

I have been coming to them for the longest time, since they had a location by the old Sears store.
Today 7/21/24 came in for lower back they only focused on my upper back and neck. I told them what I was there for, then someone comes and whispers in my ear “ two people, 60 min back and foot” okay sure. Never did they focus on my lower back and left the same, hurting and $140 less in my pocket. Paid cash and all I had was $5 for tip and the lady at the desk said pay with card, I told her don’t have one. She said oh guy poor tired, yeah well I’m leaving broke too after them not doing what I asked. They always try and pressure you to add more time and I think I’m done with this place.

Walking around the mall, seen this spot which had a chill vibe to it and decided to walk in and look around. The vibe inside plus the decor was relaxing and welcoming, the employees inside were nice and welcoming, the area is clean, doesn't give you that overcrowded feeling, chairs are sanitize after every customer and they really leave you feeling brand new after the message. I'm telling you guys if you out here shopping than take 15 or what ever minutes you want to get a massage before you leave the mall.

Today (June 13, 2022) when I was walking by this place the guy who was outside grabbed me from my shoulders when I was only trying to asking him a question about their prices. He didn’t speak English. He only said a couple of words “massage, ok. Come in”. Since my back was hurting I agreed to get a massage.

They gave me a massage for 90 minutes and charged me $100. When I handed him my credit card he was like “tip tip”. I told him I was going to give him $10, and he said “No 20%. 20% tip.” and he started speaking Chinese again so I said “yeah that’s fine”. So pretty you are forced to give them the amount of money they want. I’m never coming back to this place

Beware. They will confuse you and trick you into buying massages. When you try to explain they keep pushing pretending they don't speak English. With or without English they know what they are doing. My $40 massage ended up costing $85 dollars and asked me to pay tip to two different people because one massaged my head. I didn't ask for head massage. It's not even listed.

I've never felt more forced in my life to buy something. They literally grabbed me as I was walking through the mall, forced me to sit down to get a massage. I tried to talk my way out but they just kept pushing so I just ran with it. Massage was okay, actually it kinda hurt. I don't know definitely one of the weirdest experiences I've had lmfao.

It’s an open kiosk inside the Westfield Valencia mall upstairs on the food court side. 2 chairs and 1 table for massages. They’re also sister stores with the other Massage storefront place on the other side of the mall (beside old Sears location, downstairs).

This place is good to go to for a quick massage. No appointment needed. Chinese men & women typically working and they definitely all have strong hands. Some people might would tell them to ease up on the pressure but everyone likes different pressures.
