Dr. Tilley is an average physician. He can be a bit standoffish at times and condescending. But his staff...Oh boy! His Nurse Panda is hands down the most incompetent person I've ever dealt with. It can sometimes be a week before she manages to get your prescription into your pharmacist. Need test results? Forget about it. Honestly if you are looking for a primary care physician look elsewhere.

This is my elderly parents doctor & it is the WORST doctor & staff I have ever dealt with in my life! The receptionist is so rude! The doctor hardly ever works & if you need something it takes an act of congress to get anything going! They don’t treat health issues in timely manner! I don’t know how this place could even be considered as a medical facility!!! My parents will be getting a new family doctor that truly cares about their patients!

Gone in a few times. On my first appointment, I couldn’t get a word in edgewise. Just “hi how are you? Good? Okay, have a nice day. Call if you need anything”. After that, it wasn’t even the doctor that saw me at the appointments when I specifically made an appointment to see him. Not to mention they’re “open” but aren’t letting anyone come in because the doctor isn’t even there. I may be mistaken, but I was under the impression that if there’s only one doctor at a clinic, they shouldn’t be open when the ONLY doctor isn’t there that day. The only reason I am still a patient here is because I’m trying to find another PCP that accepts Medicaid and has an open Medicaid slot.

WE felt he was a good doctor and showed true concern for his patients. Office was very clean. All the nurses were very good. And he has a good front desk team.
I would refer him to any one without an reservation.

As a new patient, the wait time to simply get scheduled for an appointment is 2 weeks, you will then be scheduled an appointment at a later date. Absolutely ridiculous. Appointments are only Mondays, Wednesdays open-12😒

I cant say anyone wrong bout D.r Tilley he has set me down and listened too what's going on and came up with a plan and the right medications that work for me.I dont write reviews for just anyone but I will for this Doctor cause every one on here trashing his name around are just RUDE or DUMB
