Dr. Patton did my sleeve surgery in early December 2022 & I had a great experience with her. She is very knowledgeable & takes the time to actually talk to and listen to you at your appointments. The only complaint I've had is with scheduling. I've had probably 5-6 appointments with Dr. Patton since August 2022 & every single time, she is running behind (I do realize that this isn't her fault because she isn't the one doing the scheduling). I know I waited at my most current appointment for almost 1.5 hours before seeing her (I got there 15 minutes early like they ask us to). As a patient, what can I do to ensure that I am seen on time?

My husband and I both had VSG with Dr. Luttrell. He is a great doctor. Very professional and very personable. The whole staff has been awesome. They don't do surgery and forget you either. They have a great aftercare program that includes support groups live on social media and in person meetings. We are almost 2 and 3 years out from surgery and we still highly recommend Saline for your weight loss surgery.

I had gastric sleeve surgery on 1/9/23. Dr Luttrell was my surgeon and he did a fantastic job. I would recommend him and this clinic for anyone interested in bariatric surgery. They are very professional and have an amazing team to support you along the way.

I have had the best care at Saline Surgery and weight loss with Dr luttrell and Dr Patton. Both doctors have treated me and were so kind, caring and respectful. I could not have had better care. I highly recommend them and the clinic .

I went there for 2 appointments and for 2 1/2 months. I seen the dietitian once and then about 3 to 4 weeks later there seemed to be a problem when she no longer wanted me to post things to the support Facebook page and blocked me even though I did nothing wrong or broke any of the rules. I just posted the dietitian did not returned my call and it has been 3 weeks now. So about 5 days after that happened I went in to find out what was going on? So I went in the office and asked for a supervisor was asked to set in the waiting room. Then I heard that same dietitian come up front to the front desk as say yea he's here because of me. Then a person claiming to be a supervisor came and took me back I explained what was going on she asked me to wait for the clinics supervisor. He will be right here in like 20 mins. So I waited. After the 20 mins she called me to a back room acting all nice once I went in the room she changed her attitude and said we will no longer be able to see you because we received a complaint about you making the dietitian uncomfortable. I said I have not talked to her in over 4 weeks so when did she say I maid her fill that way? She said the dietitian just told me. And I said so when I was here to complain about her she decided to make up a lie about me? If she was uncomfortable with me don't you think something would have been said before the same day I was there to complain about her? It's been 2 months since I even spoke to her. So if this is how they take care of their problems just by getting rid for thier patients instead of training thier employees or talking to them. They DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOU AT ALL you are just a paycheck. Go to another place to have any work done. The Bryant Heart Institute took me wright away. I would use them not Dr. Patton or Saline Health System.

This clinic just lost my name and appointment. Only reason I know is I called for the appointment time, which my husband lost. They got me another appointment, but now two hours before my PCP closes they need a referal. No problem, normally. But with only less than 4 hours to spare? Not cool.

Otherwise, Dr. Patton is awesome. Phenominal. The best.

There are not enough words to describe Dr. Luttrell, Brandy, Judi, Renee, etc.. They are some of the best people that you will ever encounter. They are the best support system if you are considering Bariatric Surgery. Thanks you guys for everything that you have done in my journey!

I had gallbladder removed it's been almost a month it's killing me it hurts so bad. Idk what to do. It was dr luttrell. I didn't find him helpful he didn't explain anything to me. All he asked was do you have any questions. Ofcourse i was too out of it to answer properly. My son weighs about 40 pounds i lifted him once and this is what happened idk what to do.
