I had an amazing experience with Gabriella, she spent ages with me as we tried on foundations from ALL the brands in the store. Even as waves of customers came in and the place got crowded she never failed to come back with a smile to assist me as I had several more makeup questions.

All the staff at this location are sweet, knowledgeable, and patient!

I got helped by a Beauty Associate, roughly recalled her name might be Alyssa (sorry if I got your name wrong). I was struggling to find a foundation to my liking and Alyssa helped me with it. She recommended me 3 foundations of different brands so that I could choose. We could have gone on more brands but I really liked the first one she recommended, so I stopped our exploration and ended up buying Estee Lauder Double Wear. Alyssa also gave me helpful tips in makeup.

Their skin scan machine seemed to break down so I can’t get a SkinID scan, but my beauty associate helped me identify a shade that’s close enough to my skin color.

Kassandra (or Cassandra?) was able to get me a perfect shade match for the Kosas BB tint and concealer! She also recommended me the Glow Recipe blur drops, said it doubles as a primer and moisturizer that will work my with oily skin. If she sees this, thanks again!! 😊

One of the worst customer service. I went to find my concealor shade, asked the store and they flat out told me, I need to buy the makeup service. They can’t help otherwise. Please check out Sephora at Stanford shopping mall and hilsdale mall, great services. Just for details, in case , customer service is important to this Sephora and they genuinely care and want to improve, I went there at 4pm on 12/21/24.

When I visit my mom I always go to the Sephora on Hamilton Street.
Today, I purchased my select shade of the Ilia tinted serum (shade 6) and their new milk serum. The sales associate, Chris, was very helpful, she looked up my previous purchase to be sure of the tint color, and reminded me of their sale right now.
I love the care I have received from this store.

This is a really awful store. The staff has Soo much attitude. I'd just recommend going to a different Sephora. The credit card company says the store is responsible for returning the rewards used but the store takes absolutely no responsibility. So you lose all your rewards and they don't process refunds. If they make a mistake, they don't even admit it. The guy has sooo much attitude. I don't know why he's so condescending and thinks everyone and everything is beneath him.

I've been avoiding writing this review because I feel bad tbh. But I've been avoiding this location since my last visit on 4/16/2024. I asked some employees if the store still carried a specific Milk brand product and they laughed at me? Their reaction was so catty and unwarranted. I've been sitting on this for months wondering if I did something wrong or came across unkind. I felt so unwelcome and I'd like to save someone else the same experience I had.
