I find that the facility and services offered are excellent: clean, high-tech, spacious, and clean.
The service offered is lacking. It felt like a patient mill to me. My intake with Nicole was fairly thorough, and she is knowledgeable. However, when "handed-off" to the aid, it was like I didn't exist anymore. I was shown how to do an exercise (with an I don't care attitude), had me do it once and then walked away and waited for me to let her know when I was ready, as she was busy chatting with the other therapists about vacations. She was even talking publicly about how she was such a great person for delaying her vacation for work. Very unprofessional. It was so dismissive! I want to be sure every exercise is done with correct form and precision - especially in the first couple of visits when I am learning. I had two sessions, and then tried a different facility. The difference was in the new place was so much better than than Smart. Plus the prices are high, probably to pay for all that fancy equipment. I will not be back! I recommend you shop around before you stop here because it's "shiny" and new.

This is one of the nicest wellness centers I’ve ever been in. The three things I’ve done here was Red light therapy and cryotherapy. Recently tried the compression sleeves for your legs and that’s was really helpful! They have a lot to offer! Really good stuff and knowledgeable!!

Nicole is the best physical therapist I have ever worked with. Jesse is alright too! I am eternally grateful for their hard work, dedication and patience with me and my injury. I’d been struggling with posteria tibial tendinitis in my left ankle for about 9 months before working with them. I had seen a couple of other therapists with no luck and had almost lost hope of never fully recovering and not being able to play soccer again now I’m in my 30s. Despite my visible hopelessness, they proved to me that it was fixable and I could feel the imorovement after only the first session! I think I worked with them for about 8 weeks, twice a week and now I am back to individual training and playing once a week again! I’m feeling the best I’ve felt for over 12 months now and working my way back up to playing twice a week again (fingers crossed). I am so relieved and cannot thank them enough. All the staff are great too and make you feel very welcome and part of the team. I‘ll definitely be turning to them again for help with my next injury which hopefully isn’t too soon…. cheers mates!

SMART is the only place my family and I will be going for PT or other related care! I've been to several other PTs in the area and Dr. John Kwon was life-changing. I got more out of one appointment with him than 6 weeks at other places. My husband is a former MLB pitcher and Dr. Ryan Labovich is his go-to for all things arm related from an orthopedic doctor - and he's seen many all over the country. SMART is a one-stop shop to truly heal and feel your very best. On top of that, they make the process fun and enjoyable. The energy there can't be beat - you never want to stop going!

I highly recommend Smart health & wellness. Dr Nicole has been helping me with an old shoulder injury. She is extremely knowledgeable & caring. As a martial artist & an owner of a martial arts school my schedule does not allow me any time off. Dr Nicole has done wonders for my shoulder. Thank you Dr Nicole!!! The assistants are also very knowledgeable. Thank you Lea, Farrah, Winston. You are all amazing!!! I would give everyone a ten star but only give was available. Blessings.

Dr. Labovitch did an outstanding job on my knee (ACL reconstruction). He is not only a top notch surgeon (excellent surgery performed), but also has outstanding bedside manners, and will provide all options ranging from no surgery to surgery (with associated options as there are multiple ways to do it, explaining pros and cons of each). I’ve been happily going to my follow-up appointments at this new facility (very nice). His staff is very nice (and very good). For any knee problem, whether or not you would prefer, or prefer not to, have surgery, I highly recommend it.
BTW, for the hand, at this establishment, Dr. Raven is one of the best hand surgeons in the US.

I had a great experience meeting with Dr. Labovitch. The facility is very clean and has all the departments needed from start to finish. Dr. Labovitch is incredibly knowledgeable and professional. I was in for a knee injury, he was my second opinion and I wish he was my first, I could’ve had 6 months of my life back without pain. I’m looking forward to having my procedure done so I can finally heal.

I am scared of needles and love coming here for acupuncture. Lisa is so gentle and knowledgeable, I love her! If you have a fear of needles do not worry Lisa is amazing and it is so worth it! I came in with eczema and she completely cleared it!
