Dr. Carlson is incredible. I started seeing her during my pregnancy. She helped alleviate many aches and helped me stay super relaxed to help get my body ready for birth. I was induced for my first pregnancy and definitely attribute a lot of the reason for having a successful natural birth to Dr. Carlson. I am still visiting her postpartum and she is just as thorough and helpful. I highly recommend Dr. Carlson!

Dr. Carlson is the best!! She has helped me through fertility, healing from miscarriage, becoming pregnant and navigating each trimester of pregnancy. Depending on the trimester and how I was feeling, I would go weekly, biweekly or monthly! She takes the time to listen and truly get to know you and your needs! I cannot express my gratitude enough for Dr. Carlson and SW Acupuncture. My OBGYN recommended coming for acupuncture treatments since we couldn’t confirm if I was truly ovulating or even had regular cycles. Within 2 visits to Dr. Carlson my cycles were regular and I had confirmed ovulation. Not only that, she went so beyond and really sat down and took the time to teach me good fertility lifestyle changes and how to nourish my body better. I felt such a drastic change in my body during this time - my stress levels were lower, I had less overall anxiety regarding conception, etc.

I continued going to Dr. Carlson for treatments every few weeks and we successfully conceived our baby within 2 cycles!!!

I continued going to Dr Carlson for treatment in the first trimester for nausea and anxiety and it truly just continued to work wonders. She continued to support me through some of the initial pregnancy fears I had. Prior to this, I had no idea that acupuncture could be used to help with fertility or regulating cycles, but I am obviously a firm believer now having seen the changes personally within myself.

I’m now 30 weeks pregnant with our healthy baby girl and I truly credit the success of my fertility and this pregnancy to Dr. Carlson.

And OF COURSE shout out to the sweet receptionist, she is such a lovely face to be greeted with and always makes the clients feel so at ease. Truly an amazing team
