Struggling.
Made an appointment while in town for five people to celebrate my birthday. When we were escorted in, we were immediately told the steam room was not working. We were planning to make use of that between appointments. The decor is a bit 1980s but clean. When I made the appointments, they explained that while some were getting facials, others would be getting massages, and then we would flip. After 3 of the five were done, my sister-in-law went in, and I waited. I finally went to the lobby to inquire about me and felt forgotten. She told me I was after my sister-in-law. I was frustrated because that meant I would have to wait an hour for her to finish and then another hour for me to finish. That would put our total time in the spa at five hours. That seemed unreasonable. She informed me that was what was emailed to me, and I agreed to it. I asked about just canceling, but she stated I would still have to pay as it was outside the 24-hour window. I told her just to cancel, and I would pay. I did not want the three people in my party who have been waiting around, with no steam room to wait around for another. The most frustrating part of this was that I planned to say nothing to the members of my party as I didn’t want them to feel bad. It was my birthday. When my sister-in-law came out of her facial, she asked where we were, and the receptionist stated that I had left mad. I was just sitting in the lobby with the rest of my group. I thought that was highly unprofessional. Although the services were good the structure and scheduling around it was extremely poor. The receptionist even told me that they only had one person giving facials but I know that was not true as both of my nieces got a facial at the same time. I also thought it was strange that there was not ambient music playing during your massage. Just silence and breathing. Don’t bother with this place.

Nice spa to relax after a long day. The changing rooms have lockers, bathrooms, showers and suana. Plenty of towels and shampoo/conditioner is always full. The towels and robes are very nice and readily available.
The lounge area is a nice place to relax before and after a massage. They have a few drinks and snacks available.
The massage rooms are quiet and warm and they hire some of the best masseuse.

Kyle at the front desk is incredibly rude, scoffs and rolls her eyes when speaking with costumers. She should not be client facing. Total mood killer and a bad first impression of the Spa. Other than that the staff and experience was great.

The massage therapist is very competent, professional, and respectful. The front staff are very accommodating and friendly. Issues that have arisen from the steam room and showers have been addressed promptly. Highly recommend this place!!

Spa Botanica was my first spa experience. It was so much fun. I had my face dermaplaned, a 60 minute message, and a gel pedicure. I really enjoyed it all except the manicure. The girl who did mine did a wonderful job, but it's just gel polish? For the price we payed I expected waaaay more... All in all, we had a great time and I'll definitely be back!

The two times I have been to Spa Botanica have ended in complete frustration. The first time I went was when I had been gifted a gift certificate by a family member. Had my massage and when I left to pay, they informed me my gift certificate had already been used. Even though I have never step foot in the building before. I asked to speak to a manager. No manager on the premise. Told I could sit and wait so I did. After 20 min, the receptionist told me that it looked like the manager would not be in and she would just not make me pay. I left so frustrated and worked up that the relaxing massage was pointless.
Today, I decided to give them another chance. Booked a facial for 11 am. As I am checked in and waiting to be called back, at 10:58 am they inform me that my therapist had an emergency and left. Asked if I could come back at 1:30. I told them I had to pick my daughter up from school and could not do that. They just said sorry and I got dressed and left. They did not offer to rebook me for another day. Just waved goodbye at me.
Completely unorganized and a staff that does not know basic customer service. Will not be back.

I love getting massages here and all the massage therapist have been great! However the front desk has horrible customer service. Never fails. Really takes away the luxury feeling of the hotel and what their expectations are. Very rude and not welcoming. They are very unorganized and hard to get ahold of if you ever want to schedule good luck. And if you do schedule and need to reschedule they won't answer their phone but will charge you even after calling 8 times. You will be met with an attitude from the manager and have her gaslight you saying you have an attitude when you are trying to explain why you need to reschedule and the frustration of trying to contact them. As she continued to yell at me, interrupting and being extremely disrespectful. I was never able to fully explain why I needed to reschedule after being interrupted many times. Not only did I pay in full for my massage that I never got but I also never got a chance to reschedule due to the managers disrespect. She was more concerned about telling me how to communicate better rather than help solve the situation I had called 8 times about. She also said if I had called 8 times she would of wrote it on her notepad...(sounds very professional) I will not be returning as this is a recurring issues with the front desk and management. This is supposed to be for relaxation but with staffing they have, it's nothing but stress and a headache.

I was going to the steam room here occasionally as part of my wellness routine. The experience was incredible and very healing. However, they recently changed their policy to require a service to use the steam room. As a local, I already have my chosen body workers and estheticians, so I’m not interested in their services. I wish they had instead just raised the price of a steam. I would gladly pay three times as much as I was paying.
