My newborn son had trouble latching on the right side; a lactation consultant had advised that he was “a very tense baby” and I might like to see a paediatric cranial osteopath. I chose Matt on the advice of a friend who had worked with him before. When I arrived at the practice, Matt was so considerate, carrying my car seat and bags down the stairs…I was also impressed by the immaculately clean facility. I explained to him my rather traumatic birth journey and details about my son, all while Matt calmly soothed and rocked my baby & manoeuvred him so gently…as a teacher myself, I was impressed; he is an absolute natural with babies! It was my first visit to an osteopath so I wasn’t sure what to expect but I felt extremely at ease and taken care of. Matt seemed to take a sincere personal interest in our lives/our story. He explained how my son was in a “fight/flight” response and that the treatment could help his digestion too (my son was going through constipation). The treatment ended and he facilitated a quiet relaxing feed, and my son slept peacefully all the way home. That evening he opened his bowels, and did so the next day as well. His screaming fits ceased entirely. Within 2 days my son’s facial skin was clear and glowing. I was blown away by the impact of the treatment, and visited again 5 days later. The only reason we stopped treatment was due to moving abroad. I highly recommend this practitioner to anyone with an infant looking for treatment.

Byron is quite simply a magician. I pulled my sacrum tandem with paid from my lower back through my glutes and down my right leg. An hour later with some massage and acupuncture it is already feeling better. Same with the tennis elbow. Couldn't recommend highly enough and a nice guy as well.

Matt is a very experienced, friendly and effective practitioner. I had two sessions. The first was a consultation and treatment, and the second a follow-up treatment to resolve a pain which was really beginning to affect me. He quickly ruled out different possible causes and honed-in on the problem, which was incredibly helpful. He suggested specific exercises to do, which have really helped. I'd highly recommend him if you think the issue you're having can be treated by an osteopath and/or acupuncturist.
