Wonderful health care. They will take you all day for a long week for you too so we will get you some of that in a little time and then we have the rest to start your own life with the other family we will get you back and you know what you're talking like I know and not a little of the fact I know what to tell them that they don't know if I could help with you or what they want and what I do to do and if you can do anything with it then I'll just get you something else for them for them if I get a new card then it would help you with it in my mind but I'm going back and then I'm just not interested and I'm just not interested and they don't need it so I'm just not interested and they don't need it so I'm just not interested and they don't need it to me to help with anything so that you have no reason and don't need anything for the other company I don't want them in their life anymore because of them I think they're just going into a new relationship to the others who have been a very high

I have never had any issue with the doctors or staff. But what could use improving is their walk in emergency care. Needs major help. Long wait times, shortage of staff. What good is making an appointment you still wait. But even with all that my last emergency visit the doctor sent me right to the hospital. His quick thinking saved my life. For that I am grateful.

Unprofessional and Cold. Arrived for my scheduled appointment - was yelled at that I needed to wait in my car and call a number. I never received an email or text with instructions to do this. The rude nurse pointed at a small sign, that was INSIDE the lobby area while shooing me out. On the entrance door there is small signage that blends in and is obviously very easily missed. I was never given a number to call and the google number is wrong. After finally getting the right number, the woman who answered was nice enough, told me I’ll get a call when the nurse is ready. I was eventually brought into a gross, unkept patient room. The nurse that saw me audibly scoffed at my medical history and was extremely dismissive. The doctor was somehow worse - he was so blatantly rude and uninterested. I don’t even think he said more than 5 words to me. When he gave me my paper work and ushered me to leave he said “good luck” in a snarky tone. It was the oddest, most uncomfortable experience I’ve ever had. I’ll never stray away from LVHN ever again.

Must make appointments ahead of time if at all possible. I made mine for blood work and was in and out. The person in the lab was very friendly and quick. It was painless and I didn't even turn black and blue.

I’ve been going here since i was 11 and have had fantastic care each visit. Whether it’s a physical, blood work, or anything else the doctors there have treated me well and take serious approach to any issues. The receptionist are kind and helpful and i have rarely waited more than 15 minutes unless i was there early. The only bad experience i’ve had was a miscommunication over the phone that was my fault.

St lukes, you need to properly staff your offices. they cant stay on time when theres 2 people in one office for clerical work!

I came in with an extremely bruised foot that was swollen like a balloon. The Dr. said it wasn't broken obviously before he got the xrays back because I received a phone call shortly after I left saying my foot is broken. I was given no instructions what to do or any way to stabilize my foot. The visit was useless as I had to Google it and than order what I needed online. I had no Covid19 symptoms but between the Dr. and xray tech no one seemed to care about my injury or pain just how quickly they could get me out of there.

Unreliable, poor service and during medical situations you will only be able to reach random nurses and get cancellations from doctors that aren’t even yours a few hours before important appointments. Definitely drive farther to see another gyno.
