Erin was amazing. I was not feeling great or hopeful that PT would be effective without surgery. She explained everything so well I have hope that surgery may not be required and I can get back to a standard of living I am accustomed to. I look forward to my next appointment and progress.

Erin and her team are wonderful! Friendly, professional and really, really good at their job. I started seeing them in March after an anterior shoulder dislocation that happened in November. I went from being unable to use my arm for literally anything, to overhead press with a standard bar by July. Highly recommend 👌

The care that I received here was so horrific I left on the verge of tears 😭 the staff made me feel like I didn’t belong there and even told me so. After waiting over a month for this appointment! I can’t understand a physical therapy clinic that can’t treat generalized weakness and poor balance but instead turns you around and sends you back home because I didn’t have one specific injury? This place showed a complete lack of care and professionalism. Health care at its absolute worst!

I have unfortunately needed PT multiple times. Some injury related the last time rotorcuff rehab. EVERYONE that I encountered was wonderful. Very professional and friendly staff to include Joyce at the front desk. They worked with me, answering my questions and to keep me progressing toward my goals. I won’t go anywhere else!

I have enjoyed my journey with Star. I would have liked to continue to get stronger and have my hips less tight. But unfortunately my insurance doesn't want me to go all the way.

Erin Friend , is an Amazing asset to this establishment! She is extremely knowledgeable of the Human Body and the muscles that work together and their ability to be used for the purpose of healing and growth of them for a pain free lifestyle! Of course she is not the lone ranger in this positive environment! From the time you walk in the front door the staff are all enthusiastic to make your presence known and your experience the best that it can be - for starters There is Mrs Joyce who is at the front desk always willing to help ! Then every single therapist who is there, are there to support and assist you with the knowledge that they have obtained and learned from their experiences in school and in life !
