Was in desperation to get an ingrown nail removed and friends recommended me to Step Foward. From the moment I called I had amazing customer service with the front desk secretary Danielle, she was very kind and attentive when I explained my issue to her. By the phone call I knew I was directed to the right place and was able to get an appointment the same day. The office is clean, professional staff, and the Dr was kind, patient, and he explained everything in detail about the procedure. Would definitely recommend my family and friends here.

Just went today because I had an infected ingrown toenail that needed to be removed. Askari was amazing he made me feel so comfortable he walked me through the whole process I didn’t feel any pain during the entire procedure my toe didn’t even bleed afterwards. He is amazing, super sweet, very fast and efficient. Thank you so much 🙏🏻 the reviews are not fake like another person wrote on here. I would recommend this place to anyone this is an honest review!

Dr. Awad is caring and knowledgeable. His staff is kind and helpful. Together they have made my healing journey so far successful.
The staff is always friendly and I have never had to wait more than 5-10 minutes. The MAs are caring and thorough and always have a kind, listening ear. Dr. Awad is kind, listens to any concerns and always takes time to answer all of my questions. Although I was referred due to unfortunate circumstances, Dr. Awad and his staff have made a difficult process much easier and I am thankful for their kindness and care.

My mother had some pretty bad toe nails that needed to be removed she is 90 years old.. and was nervous so was I but the Dr made it so comfortable for her was very gentle and very kind..I recommend them highly... Thank you so much

Step Forward Foot & Ankle is the Best place to go. Dr. Awad and his staff are awesome. They all are so kind and give the best care around. They are all about the patient and they are never in a hurry answer all your questions and concerns. I wouldn't go anywhere else. 10+ in my book.
