El servicio medico es bueno pero las trabajadoras son pésimas tengo dos días esperando q me manden la receta y no la an mandado le llamo y solo me dan escusas q las recetas se mandan asta el final del turno pero pues ya tengo dos días q no e podido curarme mis pies por falta de medecina esto es estresante y no aguanto el dolor no fuera q uno les deja dinero porque si les debes no te atienden asta q les pagues

I love this please, everyone in the doctors office was very nice and very helpful. Even my boyfriend‘s doctor that did his surgery. She was very nice. and she was very helpful and she asked us if we had any other questions and I asked her about disability for my boyfriend he won’t be able to work for a while so she got him started on his disability for him and she’s a great doctor for my boyfriend

The doctor is fantastic.. however the front staff is very cold hearted and they act like they don't want to do any work you inconvenience them by asking them a question.
I saw the doctor the day before and I tried to get them to order dressing change materials of which the doctor had already ordered but the company they use for wound care supplies evidently doesn't take my insurance plan so instead of them giving me another prescription for wound care supplies they tell me I have to make another appointment to get that prescription... It's not narcotics it doesn't require a personal visit to order dressing supplies..... These people are typical of the workforce these days these kids do not want to do their jobs they act like you inconvenience them.... And that's how I was treated by the office staff... Of which I will inform the doctor on my next visit... And if that doesn't correct the problem then I can always change doctors again.

The office staff is absolutely horrible I was supposed to have surgery and it was supposed to be scheduled I was given a date and the staff never finished completing it so that got canceled then they have a receptionist that feels it's appropriate to give medical concerns and diagnosis over the phone when it's not her responsibility nor none of her business never allowing me to get any farther than her desk to address situation that was going on that made me very ill. I was sick for a full year and a half and because of his staff and in my treatment he didn't feel wanting to treat me anymore because of me complaining about the swelling and the pain that I was going through ignore me I thought pushing me off to a rheumatologist. If your body doesn't feel right then don't take their word of saying that there's nothing wrong!
