This place is amazing!! I can't even say enough good things about this place! Very affordable and worth considering as a monthly routine to keep yourself happy and healthy. The office is very welcoming and calm and the receptionist was very helpful and extremely nice. I've never had any issues regarding payments or billing or scheduling. Everyone is helpful and always welcomes patients with a smile. One of the benefits of Sustain Community Acupuncture is that you have the option of having your treatment in a room with other people in a quiet, meditation-like music, and big comfy recliners with clean sheets over them. I find it relaxing and, since I got such great results. I continue to seek acupuncture for general health and well-being. You won't be disappointed by trying acupuncture. And I am sure you won't be disappointed if you go to Sustain Community Acupuncture! Very affordable and worth considering as a monthly routine to keep yourself happy and healthy.

I've been to many acupuncturist places and Sustain Community is by far my favorite!! The staff here is extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and very helpful/accommodating to the patients' needs. I've been treated with various health issues and have all been resolved after a few sessions. The atmosphere is also extremely inviting - the rooms are dimmed, relaxing, and just makes you feel so calm and at peace when you walk in. I absolutely love this place and highly recommend!!

I've been coming here on and off for 4 years now. I've always been somewhat apprehensive about acupuncture but Dia is phenomenal! She is calm and patient and really listens to what's going to with me to ensure a successful treatment. I'm very sensitive to needles so she uses baby needles on me too! I've also trusted her knowledge and expertise in Chinese Herbs to amplify my treatment. This place is amazing. They accept ALL insurance but if your insurance doesn't cover it, their prices are very affordable!

After experiencing some amazing results for chronic arthritic pain in my thumb joints in just 8 sessions about a year ago, I became a fan of acupuncture and herbal healing when it is effective. Dave McKinnon is my acupuncturist. He's skillful in the practice and is always a good listener. He adjusts my treatment (I go about once every 6 weeks for what I consider "maintenance") each time, depending on issues or problems I may be having. He is knowledgeable about the capabilities, as well as the limitations of acupuncture. He gives great suggestions about healthy eating and provides competent assistance for herbal medicine, if indicated.
The office runs beautifully. I've never had any issues regarding payments or billing or scheduling. Laura at the front desk is helpful and always welcomes patients with a smile.
One of the benefits of Sustain is that you have the option of having your treatment in a room with other people (quiet, meditation-like music, and big comfy recliners with clean sheets over them), which brings the cost of a treatment to $35. I find it relaxing and, since I got such good results initially, continue to seek acupuncture for general health and well-being and, so far, to keep the painful arthritis at bay.
You won't be disappointed by trying acupuncture. And I am sure you won't be disappointed if you go to Sustain Community Acupuncture!

I got a last minute appointment with Nicole for muscle pain/tension in my neck and shoulder that had been going on for nearly two weeks. I’ve had lots of acupuncture before but this was my first time at Sustain, and it did not disappoint! Nicole is down to earth, compassionate and most importantly skillful. She helped me relax by focusing on deep breathing during the treatment (I let her know I’ve been under an unusual amount of stress lately), and I immediately noticed I had a greater range of motion in my neck when we were done. The next day I was still feeling good and had lasting improvement in my neck and shoulder region. I already scheduled a follow-up and would highly recommend seeing Nicole at Sustain! Prices are reasonable too if you don’t use/have insurance coverage.

I'm a big fan! I've been getting acupuncture for years, mainly for the arthritis/tendinitis in my thumbs (mouse hand) but also for various other ailments (knee pain, neck stiffness, dry eyes, whatever). This is my first experience with community acupuncture, and I really like it! Dave is so caring and you can tell that he really wants to help you feel better. And he knows just where to treat for what ailments. Other places just always did the same treatment every time, but Dave changes it according to what your specific problem is at that time. When I'm lying back in the reclining chair, stuck with needles, I'm the most relaxed ever! I sort of go unconscious for a while, like the deepest sleep ever, and wake up completely refreshed. The treatment does work to keep the pain in my hands at bay so that I can function at work. The price is more reasonable than other places I've been and they accept insurance. I'm definitely hooked!
