Dr Knight and his staff are wonderful! The Receptionist is a Gem! I made sure to let Dr.Knight know this. She is full of life and I was excited to visit their office because she was so nice over the phone.

They were fast, thorough and referred me to a great specialist for my severe dry eye. They have great selection of glasses and designer frames as well.

This place was very nice. The people were very helpful, nice, and professional. Very clean place. I really appreciated Maria's help picking out my glasses. Doctor Knight was very nice and addressed the concerns that my husband needed. Took the time to talk with us and explained as much as he could of what was needed to be done. I left a 5 star review 3 years ago, but this year I have to change it to a 1. It is sad because as I am writing this, they have a 4.8 rating. I can't imagine that rating staying that high anymore. Dr Knight is amazing, but DO NOT GO TO DAVISON SVS unless you want them to keep your contacts/glasses and not contact you when they were delivered. If you want to hear about the employees complain about their job, then by all means... stop by this SVS.

I have been going to SVS vision for many years because I really trust Doctor Knight with my sight. He is thorough, professional, and friendly. He even puts up with my goofy sense of humor. After all of these years I had my first bad experience in Davison. I received a call that my contacts were ready for pick up so I drove there last Saturday to get them. I got there at around 2:40pm only to discover that the store was closed even though the sign on the door says they are open until 3:00pm. I called today and asked what time their store closes on Saturday and was told 3:00pm. I told the woman that I tried to pick up my lenses and asked what time they closed on Saturday and she said 3:00pm if we have enough staff. After this back and forth I said I guess I'm going to have to call and make sure your business is actually open and she said that sounds like a plan. She was rude and obviously could not care less with regards to how far I drove to get there or the amount of money I paid for services.I asked to speak to the supervisor and she said she is the supervisor. That kind of couldn't care less attitude made me angry but I kept myself in check out of respect for my doctor. Dear supervisor please take the sign off the door and just put a sign there that says open whenever good luck. If it weren't for my doctor, I would never come back there again. I will be coming back to pick up my contacts and will be requesting a conversation with you. Perhaps I can give you some pointers on how to treat your customers with respect and dignity.

This would have been much higher as my first couple experiences with them were adequate, but lately when I call for an appointment I got one employee that acted offended that I even called and tried to schedule me 6 weeks out, and again today I called back after 3 more months and got placed on hold without anyone saying anything at all, not even svs please hold. They have really slipped.

I have been without my updated lenses for now 4+ weeks. Never had a problem prior to now but I went in for a check up since it's been a couple years. Needed a stronger script and they ordered lenses only for both pair of my frames (exact same type). I need them for work so I leave one pair at home and one for travel. They called and said they were ready so I went in and they were not the correct type to fit the frames. They then asked me to leave a pair of my frames this time and they would re-order which I did. Another week passes, I call and they can't update me on when they will be in yet? The gentlemen told me he was going to ask they be expedited but they said they don't know when they are going to arrive? So now I'm missing not only new lenses which I paid in full $500 for but also a pair of my frames.
