I am 75 years old and developed degenerative vertebra in my neck due to arthritis, a very painful condition. I did physical therapy which helped a little but it was too painful to continue the exercises. I was considering surgery as my next step. My PCP suggested Acupuncture first. I have to admit I didn't think putting a few needles in was going to help. I was pleasantly surprised. After the first session there was marked improvement. After each session my condition improved markedly. I now have a full range of motion and my discomfort level is very low. I would highly recommend that you give it a try.

I went to The Center For Advanced Acupuncture as a last resort for Tinnitus. I've suffered for more than 6 years, it had ramped up to several different tones in both ears 24/7 and really loud. I've spent thousands of dollars on so called remedies, tried sound therapy, and many doctors with no relief in sight.
Finally I found real relief thanks to Dr. Peter Marek!! I still have it, 99% of the time only in my left ear and it's down to just 1 tone. This has brought my sanity back, I couldn't be more grateful to him.
THEN! I suffered from bad knees, feet, hands, indigestion, sore neck and back, and low energy thinking that's just a part of getting older. It's just not so! My knees hardly ever bother me and I do a lot of gardening. My hands are so much better, indigestion, hardly at all, neck and back, only when I work hard outside and my energy is back!
I'm not saying acupuncture is the garden of youth, but I'm feeling so much better my friends keep saying "she never gets old!" I still have flare ups, especially when I'm working hard in my yard or cleaning, or playing with my 3 dogs, but pain is short lived now.
I highly recommend Dr. Marek, and that's big as I have avoided shots as much as possible my entire life! It took some getting used to, but now I look forward to my visits because of the quality of life I have now at 66 years old. Go for it! You'll be glad you did.

I’ve been going to Dr. Marek’s office for accupuncture for almost a year and the services are still going strong. My migraines, balance and hot flashes have calmed down greatly with consistency(Dec 14).

07/31/2024: For the last 20-30 days, I started having chronic pain and balance issues. I haven’t had these issues for the last couple of years and out of no where, it re-surfaced again. So I had to call Dr. Marek for relief. Once I got to my appointment, he inserted gold ear needles/pins in my ears and after my 45 minutes on the accupuncture table, the pain started to subside. After a day or so, my balance issue went away and it eased my chronic pain, which made me feel so much better….very grateful your services!!

If you are struggling with chronic pain, are looking to improve your quality of life, and searching for a better alternative to traditional pain managemenent including medications - Go see Dr. Marek! I had been struggling with chronic pain issues for decades before I started seeing him in September of 2023. I had tried every western therapy available; with very limited improvements and my symptoms continued to worsen inspite of my efforts. The combination of Dr. Marek's semi-permanent auricular acupuncture therapy and his distil acupuncture approach, have to date, reduced my pain levels by more than 75%. I have been able to stop all of my western chronic pain treatments, including the boat load of narcotic prescriptions I was on. When I asked to make a changes to my narcotic regiment and was left feeling abandoned by my pain management Doctor, Dr. Marek helped me detox from years of prescribed and compliantly used narcotics. My quality of life has vastly improved and I feel like instead of managing the inevitable decline of my health, I am now participating in resolving the health concerns I presumed were a permanent part of my life. My life is my own again. I continue to improve with each treatment and now have hope of the possibility of living a pain free life in the near future; something I greatly doubted would ever be possible. I won't try to fit into this post all of the other non-pain related treatments and health benefits I have received from Dr. Marek's eastern medicine practice, but they are substantial and equally life changing.
