I can't speak highly enough about my experience with The Edge at Pinnacle Point. I’ve found the entire process to be easy to manage.

Within a few weeks of beginning treatment, I've seen numerous improvements. My energy, focus, and sleep have all improved, with a noticeable reduction in anxiety and lethargy.

However, the exceptional customer service has impressed me the most. As a detail-oriented person, I ask a lot of questions because I like to fully understand every step of the process.

The customer service team I’ve been in contact with has been phenomenal. They provided thorough responses to all of my inquiries, demonstrating great patience.

They give you all the information in clear simple English not medical speak allowing you to make clear informed choices, this applies to any potential side effects and risks, simply put they are great to deal with.

After being at THE EDGE for three years I have found that attention to my care faded. I wasn’t feeling the benefits after the first year and my T and estrogen levels were never consistent. I was given wrong information about properly utilizing AI’s. I was crashing mid day and having all the symptoms I had before I started and continued this for a year, doing exactly what I was told by Dr. Haney. After my last blood test and being told to up my AI intake and running that information by three other doctors, I’ve decided to stop going to this clinic. The information and practices they promote here are outdated IMO as well as the other doctors that I talked to. I tried my best to appreciate this clinic, but just couldn’t justify the cost for the benefit anymore.

Normally I wouldn't share a review, good or bad, for something as personal as this can be pertaining to my health. But I think it's important when it comes to something that turned out to be so beneficial. Before I begin it is important to know that I've tried this form of health care before with another organization... I will not share the name of this organization but I will tell you that it was by far nothing like what you'll experience at The Edge with Dr. Haney.

First, Dr. Haney and his staff are amazing. Hands down, very professional and friendly, not a single bad experience or person to complain about. (Which is important to know when they deal with guys who need some level of hormone therapy and probably deal with people who are all over the place.) Dr. Haney is super knowledgeable and can talk for days about all the data pertaining to this form of therapy. And, he made complete sense to me while he shared it with me during our initial consultation reviewing the data from my blood work. Several moments during his explanation of the initial test results to me had me go "ah ha!" If that makes sense...

Second, which makes sense considering Dr. Haney's knowledge on the subject, the therapy has turned it to be extremely beneficial to my mental and physical health. I feel like myself again. Initially it was a bit of a roller coaster, but you have to trust the process and listen to the Doctor when it comes to his recommendations. His small changes at first, to me, had me thinking "is this tiny change really going to make any difference"?... Well, it has, and I'm very pleased. I sleep better, my mood is better, my sex drive is BACK! (That's the personal part I was talking about) I feel like myself again.

I understand that you have a lot of options to choose from for your healthcare. Especially here in the land of milk and honey, Northwest Arkansas. But, I can promise you that if you follow Dr. Haney's recommendations and GIVE IT TIME (less than a year in my case) you won't be disappointed. I highly recommend The Edge at Pinnacle Point.
