I’ve had been going to chiropractors my whole life because of injuries from football and car wrecks. I knew from the 1st day I came here they were the best. I am 61 years old and they do a great job every time I go there helping me with my pain. No other one has ever helped me like this one. Before I always had to just live with pain till now. I would recommend The Joint to anyone needing pain relief. Thank you!!!!!!!!

Great hours, 4 Drs to choose (not all In on the same days) from and low rates if you're on the wellness plan. 4 visits per month is $69, this was only $39 a decade ago so it may increase in the future. They are closed on Sunday at this location so if you really need to get in you'll need to drive to the Fayetteville location.

The joint chiropractors are pretty good. Some took the time to talk to me and help me out with knowledge. However, due to my mental health I couldn’t keep up with the visits. After two months, I finally went in one day late to cancel my membership. I spoke with the chiropractor and the staff at bentonville. They pretended to care about my reasoning and mental health and assured me I would get a refund. But low and behold, as soon as I tried to confirm with Rogers, the front office refused to give me a refund- and refuse to give me the month of visits I paid for because I cancelled my membership immediately because I was assured the refund. If you have mental health issues don’t use them.

The concept is good, unfortunately the same cannot be said about all of their chiropractors. Some have been very helpful but some have been very painful and some have done little to nothing at all. The unfortunate part is as a patient you get shuffled around to whoever is available leading to vastly different experiences. I just left there today and feel far worse than before and I was just in for routine adjustment. My advice is stay with the first 2 tables closest to the door. Monte and Chuck seem to be at those spots. Stay away from the third guy. If he had been my first experience I certainly would have never returned.

Great care from all of the chiropractors at The Joint! They are all knowledgeable and willing to help you. They will walk you through the steps that you can take a home to feel better between visits. The price is super affordable compared to others I have seen in the past.
