I have counted on Ruth with routine treatments for about two years now. The experience has always been fantastic. Whether my body is aching from the gym, long hours of sitting or the occasional injury - she ALWAYS gives me the "tune-up" that I need. My journey through Chinese Traditional Medicine began with Dr. Lacayo over five years ago when after suffering a severe deep muscle tear she evaluated me and prescribed a combination of cupping , acupuncture and massage that helped me tremendously becoming pain free after a few sessions. Aside from my initial encounter, Dr. Lacayo combination treatments has helped me managing stress, sleep disorder, lower back and neck pain. To this day, a week without one of Dr. Lacayo's signature treatments is not a good one !!! I specially enjoy the Acu/Tuina combo for a complete and deep relaxation experience.
