My time with Jackie was wonderful. Everything from the gorgeous, plant-filled entry way through the entire space is suffused with calm aliveness. I felt instantly held in Jackie's energy, as I entered. We sat together and did some breathing and Jackie invited me to share what I hoped to work on. Throughout this conversation, it was so clear to me that Jackie was focused on my experience, comfort, pleasure, and permission. The massage itself transcends my linguistic ability. Divine? I have been working with Jac for the last many months and it has been such a transformative and supportive experience. Jac is incredibly insightful about the connection between our nervous systems, emotional states, and physical experience of being in a body. I love that she has many bodywork approaches (cupping! massage! craniosacral!) and she is very intentional and thoughtful when she checks in with me at the beginning of the session to see what my body might need and respond to best for that session. I’ve received a handful of sessions from Jac but recently did a biodynamic craniosacral session with her that was profoundly insightful, soothing, and grounding. So nurturing for my nervous system, and the insights I got have changed the way I have been working with my own bodywork clients.

I am highly sensitive and do a lot of other somatic work and bodywork, and Jac clearly knows how to hold sacred space, I am always happy to be in her intentional, caring hands.
