I've been practicing at Titanium Yoga Fruit Cove for a while now, and it’s one of the best studios I have been part of. Every class is different. The styles of the instructors are varied but they each lead a strong class. You can tell they enjoy practicing.

Tiffany, Lina, Tricia, Glenda, and Michelle are all fabulous. I have yet to encounter a bad instructor so this keeps me looking forward to classes.

Their many teaching styles have added real variety to my workouts and kept me motivated. It’s clear they’re all highly experienced and deeply care about their students. They learn names, give thoughtful adjustments, and make you feel comfortable. This has helped me really improve my flexibility, form and balance. Plus, the studio is adorable. The heat is warn and inviting and it always smells good!

I highly recommend Titanium! As all my friends know 😀

I can’t say enough great things about this studio! I had fallen out of my practice for a bit but signed for a class on a whim, and I’m so happy I did! You feel welcome from the moment you walk in. The instructors are all great - plus the studio is very nice and super clean! It’s my new favorite place!

Glenda was an amazing instructor. We attended her “Oxygen” class and let me tell you it was the most mindful & peaceful class. The room was heated like a sauna & Glenda took us step by step of each move made it so easy to follow along. I would definitely recommend this class if you’re looking for something like restorative yoga! Also the studio is by far the most beautiful studio I’ve ever been too!!

Glenda led a create class! She was very welcoming and the class was very peaceful and easy to follow along. Also the space is very updated and clean. The class was in a heated room and loved it. Best yoga studio in Jacksonville for restorative yoga!

I love everything about the Fruit Cove studio! The experienced, kind, patient and inspiring teachers. The instantly relaxing atmosphere where you literally melt away all your to-do lists, problems and worries the minute you walk in the studio. The friendly faces all walking in the door with different levels of experience, injuries they are overcoming, but most importantly, smiles. Titanium Yoga has quickly become the best hour of my day.

I honestly can’t say enough good things about this yoga studio. The second you walk in you automatically feel the calming vibe. Everything is always so clean and smells so good like you walked into a spa. It’s not big but the exact amount of space you need. With cubby’s for everyone’s belongings (they also lock the front door during class so there’s no need to worry up about your belongings or anyone interrupting class. They have 2 bathrooms one with an infrared sauna. & the other bathroom has a shower, that anyone can use. They provide towels for mat and face. Water fountain. They also can provide yoga mat, bolster, blocks, straps. Depending on your package or can get rentals. But even if you don’t rent them. If the instructor is using blocks in her session she’ll just give them to you. Because that’s how good they are, all the instructors actually care. I’ve never met one bad instructor. They are all so incredibly kind, thoughtful, and amazing at teaching there classes. They all take the time to get to know each person. Before class they always Ask how your doing and really listen and depending on how your feeling, they some how give each person exactly what they need. If one person wants to be pushed they’ll do that all while at the same time if someone needs to take it easy they’ll do that for that person as well. All in one class with multiple people. All the instructors have become my friends. If you need emotional support or a hype women these yoga instructors nail it every time. In the studio where the classes take place is the most serene calming place. No windows, a nice big mirror wall and on the side a beautiful calming wood wall. They have battery Operated candles to set the mood, they can dim the lights, so at different times of the class they change it up. I can honestly say that room is the one place I can shut out the world, all the thoughts all the responsibility's and focus on me. The music that each instructor takes the time to make personalized playlists are always on point. The teachers always come by at some point to each person to either help there pose, remind them to take it easy, or encourage them to push, depending on what that person needs. I’ve been going since NOV 2023 and I can honestly say I will never stop. IF YOUR LOOKING FOR A YOGA STUDIO, LOOK NO FURTHER! THIS ONE IS IT. YOU WILL NOT REGRET IT!
