My father came from another nursing home toTranscendent and since coming he has been very happy with all the services provided. From my perspective as a healthcare worker I have found the nursing staff to be outstanding and truly caring deeply for my father. The communication with nursing is excellent. He has complex medical issues and Transcendent has made it easy for him to get to appointments and manage his medical issues. The lunch experience was truly like fine dining with outstanding presentation.I am sincerely appreciative of the care he receives at transcendent healthcare.

My brother was here for 4 years and most of the staff I dealt with did a good job, however, some didn’t. Last Fall when he got out of the hospital, they didn’t give him 9 medications that were prescribed to him and it put him back in the hospital. Also, he was immobile and had to be transferred from bed to his chair. The CNAs are having to lift these patients themselves which is hard on them and the patients, while the owner of this facility does an interview with Evansville magazine and shows off his 10,000 square foot home for just he and his two dogs. You would think he could afford a machine that lifts these patients so it would be better for his staff and patients. Also, I was supposed to have meetings every 3 months and that might have happened 2 times in the 4 years he was there. I definitely would not send anyone here again.

Amazing staff there that are dedicated to putting your loved ones first. Every time I’ve been to this home it has such an amazing environment and the residents look SO happy! I would definitely feel comfortable placing a loved one here.

When I was there after being shot by the police on June 2nd of 2020 I ended up in that nursing home in boonville transcendent in the year 2021 I did not like it some of the nurses were mean I had one nurse stealing my pain medication and giving me some other type of medication she was also doing it with other patients instead of them firing her they sent her to their other facility on the other side on the other side of the town of boonville call transcendent North there was this one that was there that would scream at this older lady I was paralyzed but I can hear you all the way down the hall the yelling telling her to eat her food and quit being a baby cussing at her the food was nasty you could tell that the maintenance people and the people that work in the kitchen we're under the influence of drugs possibly methamphetamine how I knew that the housekeepers that used to come in and sweep and clean my room told me about the maintenance people there was two of them they would stand out there in the shed behind the building smoking methamphetaminethen you can just look in the eyes of the people coming in and out of the kitchen doing dishes and everything the pupils of their eyes were like they were under the influence of some type of narcotics in my experience maybe methamphetamine or pills, I'll never go back to that facility ever again to visit anyone or to be placed in their myself the only ones and I had to go to that facility is no facility in Evansville would accept me at the time of my injury due to my drug history but I am now 4 years of June 3rd of 2024 in continuing to stay clean..

I have worked with so many clients that have horror stories from this place. From what they have told me their pills have been stolen and, there was a scabies outbreak and a lot of malpractice.

Patient care is hoarable! Rude nursing & CNA staff. Patients quality of life is severely compromised.
