I drive from Johnson City to come to this office. Excellent service & care from the minute you arrive. Highly recommend!
The FNP (Sara) listened to my concerns and provided adequate time for me to ask questions. I did not feel rushed at all! Scheduling has always been easy. Also, very little wait time to see the Dr. once you arrive.
We are so grateful to have such a wonderful medical facility right here in Erwin.

I started going to Unicoi Medical Associates as soon as they started taking my insurance which was about 2 or 3 weeks ago. Everyone was always super helpful, any questions or concerns that I had they always took care of quickly. It’s very seldom that I have to wait past my appointment time. And they listen. They take the time to listen to me, let me cry when I need to and do all they can to help me. They are awesome and I hope I never have to go anywhere else

This is one of the best practices in the area. Dr. Colinger, Ashley Seale, Nurse Sarah, along with ALL the support staff have went above and beyond to help me. You "just know" they care when you walk in the door of the practice. It is that special. Also, they actually answer the phone. I drive 30 minutes to go here from Johnson City and have no plans to go anywhere else. Thank you Dr. Colinger!

Ashley Seale is the best family doctor in the Tricities. I followed her from her PREVIOUS EMPLOYER who has lost their concern for the patient and only thinks of them as a number and/or paycheck. Ashley really cares for her patients and has their best internet at heart!! Patient care is her top priority! Dr Collinger made the right decision hiring her!!!

I'm not even a patient my mother in law & my husband went there over 10 yrs. When dr aderhold was there never had a problem at all. Let's start with the mother in law. The place is so small her wheel chair barley fit thru the maze to get to the patients rooms. She used the lobby restroom I waited she takes a min. To use the restroom well I knocked on the door to check on her after 10 min. Asked her if she was OK she said no. There was no railing for handicap people plus the toilet is so close to the floor she couldn't get off the toilet. OK I asked someone to let me in so I could help her well 15 min later come to find they had no key to the restroom! Wow. SO we finally got the door open good thing she wasn't haveing an emergency. My husband like I said has went there for yrs. Dr Collinger replaced Dr aderhold. & getting just my medicine was a wait & of corse on the weekend have to wait ( without my meds btw) till Monday. My husband has R A among other issues he is prescribed 1mg of klonopin a night. He only takes half of that a night. Well get a letter in the mail saying they are releasing him as a patient bc his klonipin didn't show up! Are u kidding me? He religiously takes all of his meds daily! He can't sleep without it. So y would he not take it? A 16 panel test has to b done for that amount of klonipin to even show up. They would not even tell him what panel did they do a 13 panel or 16 ...a 13 it won't show up at all. Instead of maybe calling him in & taking another test for it to see if it would show up then not even consider maybe the lab screwed up they just ..your gone! Good luck getting another doc. In time so another doc can maybe give him his klonipin. They can't even write him another prescription at least enough for 30 days? Right? NOPE! they jyst lost a good patient & also he recommended a friend to go to Uma. I tell u what I've never heard of this kind of sorry doctor like this. It's not like he failed his test for drugs. It's over a medication he takes daily didn't show up. Bullshit & Dr collinger should be ashamed!
