Vyfy is truly a hidden gem! I first came in for a pinched nerve in my neck and shoulder, but I keep coming back because the results — and the experience — are incredible. The float pod (my new favorite) , PEMF pod, sauna, red light therapy, and cryo have all become part of my wellness routine. Every session leaves me feeling better, calmer, and more energized.
The staff are absolutely amazing — so knowledgeable, kind, and genuinely invested in helping you feel your best.

10/10 experience!!! The Red light Sauna was so relaxing and the cryotherapy was exactly what my muscles needed. Walked out of there feeling ten times better and the customer service was incredible. I’m addicted!!

If you're looking for a place to get healthy and feel better about yourself, this is the place. Every person here is friendly and goes above and beyond to help you be your best self. I started coming because i wanted to get back in shape but i was limited by shoulder and hip issues. Since I've been coming here I've seen huge improvements in my shoulder and hip mobility and strength all thanks to Abby. And as an added bonus I've lost fat and gained muscle.
