I'm so grateful to Sarah for offering this service on a sliding scale. I feel like a new person for the first time since I got COVID at the end of December, and my arm which was semi-disabled from a shoulder injury is almost feeling normal right now. This was my first time getting acupuncture, and I'm a convert. My insurance is awful and I can't afford a lot of medical appointments and tests and treatments, so this being available and so affordable is life-changing for me, as it surely is for so many people in the community. She has a amazing memory for faces and health concerns; before every treatment, she asks about how I'm feeling and whether my migraines have been better lately. Sarah is a caring and thoughtful practitioner. This was my first experience with acupuncture. It's helping me tremendously to deal with chronic pain from arthritis. I've been seeing results regarding both pain relief and improved functioning with steady improvement over time. It's also great for relieving stress and tension, and it leaves you feeling at peace and calm. The treatments are making a difference as part of a regimen that includes exercise and stretching.
