I had acupuncture treatment at many different places here in US and Japan. However my experiences at this place led by Dr. Cho is absolutely amazing and different from others. Her many experiences of treating patients with difficult illnesses bring tailored treatment to my health issues. Her holistic approach is just not to treat on the surface issue but balance my body overall.
She always explains in an easy manner about my body conditions, recommended diet etc., which encourages me to continue the treatment. Her massage therapists are all very skilled and courteous. Her staff at reception is welcoming and makes scheduling appointments easy. I highly recommend this place for any health issue.

My knee was painful and I could not walk on it or bend it.I visited a doctor and followed the instructions for two weeks, but it was not entirely healed. So I met this acupuncturist for the first time after my friend recommended it. It was an enjoyable experience, and I am satisfied with the service I received.
Facility: It is located in a new center with different rooms dedicated to various practices. They have examination room, massage room, and treatment room.
Equipment: they are well equipped with high-quality machine and professional with using them.
Expertise: Dr.Cho is very experienced and professional. She has 20 years of experience in this field.She spent time with me and explained in detail about the problem and how she approaches it. She used massage and acupuncture to help me.She also mentioned some points about my blood cholesterol level which I already knew. She is a very caring person that put providing an honest and professional service ahead of making money.

I was hurting my lower back after working out and visited Withee Acupuncture. The Korean Acupuncture doctor (Dr. Cho) seemed very professional and taking care of the patients her best. After few acupuncture treatment and massages in the clinic, my back was cured (not perfectly yet but feeling was so much better). And personally I am from Korea and got several different acupuncture treatments in Korea; comparing them to Dr. Cho's treatment, her treatments were relatively better in my opinion. I highly recommend this place

I actually had a great first impression based on the conversation I had with someone from the clinic. I told them that I had carpal tunnel and they expressed how much they wanted to help me. They asked me to send a copy of my ID and my insurance information and that they would confirm my coverage. I got a message the next day that I would have to go 5-6 times to meet my deductible. I thought that was strange because that did not add up - I would have had to go many more times to meet my deductible. I called a couple times to clarify and I was either given the same response or I was told that they were too busy.

One of the doctors (male) finally called me and was pretty aggressive, saying things like how they didn’t want to be “slaves to the insurance company” and that I should be grateful they charge less than other places (which they don’t. $150 each session?!!)

He also said that I would not have to pay any more out of pocket if they couldn’t treat me after 6 visits. I asked for this in writing and he said he wouldn’t do that… that this was “company policy” and was frustrated that I didn’t believe him. Of course I didn’t believe him!!!!

Oh and apparently my wanting to come in for carpal tunnel somehow was communicated between them as me wanting infertility treatments… what?!?!

I asked if anyone even bothered to check with my insurance and he confirmed that nobody called them. Then why did you ask me to send you the image of my ID and insurance?!?!?

Needless to say, I went elsewhere. Would absolutely not recommend this clinic.

I was diagnosed with SI joint dysfunction (Aug 2020) for about 1.5 years and was doing the daily PT. I still had no relief. When I sat in the car for 60 min I would get a tingling down the left toes. 3 different PTs and an orthopedic said it was referred pain from my pyriformis muscle. Bc I had an upcoming road trip that was 22 hrs long, I was referred to Dr. Cho. She said it wasn’t related to SI joint or the pyriformis but a DVT in the Paploteal vein and suggested I get an ultrasound. I blew her off because how could she have X-ray vision. I did my drive and 3 days after I arrived to my destination I was hospitalized with a pulmonary embolism. I wish I had listened to Dr. Cho. Many thousand later and a month I drove back home with no pain down the left toes.

This place is best for fertility treatment. For Accupuncture, it is my first experience ever.Dr. Cho’s treatment will really up the probability of u getting pregnant . She is very supportive and an experienced doctor. She is a miracle doctor. Thanku dr cho.
