Roy (Yi) is amazing! I've been going to him for over a year now for all my aches and pains. I was in tears when I had tendinitis for a month before I was recommended for acupuncture. I sprained my ankle and it only took 3 visits and I'm back to normal. I stand all day for work and there was no way a sprained ankle was going to take me out for weeks. Roy is a magician, I swear! I'm a true believer in acupuncture and will never take pain medicine again.

My first impression of Roy (Zuobiao) the Specialist and owner of this facility was completely pleasant. He is attentive, calming, and educated in his practices. The facility he operates is so clean and relaxing. I have had intense tmj pain for over a decade that I personally managed by stretches/self massage... but in 1 session with Roy of acupuncture relieved and alleviated my jaw/ear tension in a way I have never achieved. I slept so deeply after my 1st treatment. You can really feel he as a Health Provider has a good heart and a high skill set.

He is nice but felt dishonest, right from the start he kept pushing these other treatment which turn out wasn’t cover by my insurance, and he knew. So I had to pay out of pocket. Without insurance one session cost $500. well, at least that’s what it’s shown on my invoice that was billed to my insurance. $60 for infrared light, which he use 3= $180.
Update: you never say that cupping wasn’t cover when you told me to try it. It’s deceiving to offer something when you know that they’re using insurance.

Dr. Roy is very considerate of his patients and accommodating of situations that throw off his schedule due to my arriving late.
