Este lugar es horrible La q está enla oficina Silvia es muy grosera cuando le hacen preguntas te responde de mala manera y el dentista es igual de grosero ..es humillante como tratan a uno … ojalá y uviera tomado tiempo para investigar las reseñas antes de ir . . …debería ser demandado este lugar x q de verdad lo hacen sentir a uno horrible como son de groseros, gente así q no tiene la preparación para tratar al paciente con amabilidad no debería estar en estos trabajos..nunca en mi vida me abian hecho sentir tan mal q asta llore de la impotencia..

The worst experience of my 36 years of life my husband was in for a crown it took them about 4 to 5 visits before he finally got the crown it didnt last him 2 months when he was in the shower and it suddenly fell so he tried and get it fixed but when he went back to his appointment the Dr. Had forgotten about it so they gave him another appointment and due to an emergency my husband was un able to go so we where trying to reschedule but no answer so we just drove there to make the appointment and the girl in the front desk was extremely rude saying that the time was expired from medical and that there was nothing they could do literally we left empty handed with not even the crown the receptionist said 1,000 dollars for the crown when medical had already paid for then as soon as i got home i get a call that it was billed already that they could mail it but then i asked if i could pick up and they asked the doctor and he said yes i wanted to pick up before contacting medical and better business. I will update.

Quick severice. Any other dentist it takes 3 appointments just for work to be completed. With a busy schedule it's hard to work around. This one I went in, got x-rays cleaned and an extraction done in one sitting. Good job doc. All the ladies were polite and non-judgmental. A big fear of mine was getting judge cause my teeth aren't the greatest and they made me feel comfortable

Dr. Cho did take us in and work on quickly. Front desk girls are great but Dr. Cho does not understand how to communicate with patients. He brought up my appearance and compared it with my teeth. Saying I should cate more for my teeth like I care about my make up and I expect medical to.pay for everything. Well I don't think he should accept medical patients if he doesn't want medical to pay for the procedures.

I thought this place was nice but I had a family emergency where we had to go out of town and been trying to call with no answer. So I called the earliest I could and the receptionist was rude and hung up the phone on me. I was going recommend this place but nope. The receptionist thinks she's better than everyone else. Sad the dentist and will lose clients over and over again due to her. The dentist lied. My daughter had just been seen by another dentist and had no cavities then all of a sudden she has two. And then lying about my other daughter having a cavity which she never has had even one. And I have a lot of fillings thus dentist tried to say I had all those cavities. They lie lie lie. Staff is nice except the receptionist. So many people been wanting a dentist closer and they take advantage of that. Money hungry place. That receptionist needs to take some courses customer service.

This place is horrible, the receptionist Silvia R needs to work on her customer service skills!
My daughter went to this place and was told she has three cavities and did not get a treatment plan. I had my daughter request a copy of her X-rays, so I (Mom) can review the X-rays. Upon reviewing the X-rays I saw no cavities, So, I called the office, and immediately she was acting rude and defensive. I told her, that I had reviewed the X-rays and see no cavities, and asked if she can tell me which tooth the cavities were on (she was rude about that)and if she can email my daughter a close up X-rays of the cavities, she said “NO”that’s not her job, she said, I should have came to the appointment with my daughter (however she is 18), I explained to her how I am stationed in Japan and therefore how I could not go. She then start verbally attacking me for “abandoning my daughter”. This call was over 10 mins of arguing back and forth. Keep in mind I only wanted a close up X-rays of the cavities which she said my insurance doesn’t cover.
I’m in shock!
If you are thinking about coming here “DON’T”! I get shady vibes. They do not seem honest!

I had a very pleasant experience I had not been to a dentist in 15 years and I had one cavity. He was very quick and did a great job. Plus all the staff is friendly and take care you quickly no hassle. The office is well maintained and clean.

The whole experience from scheduling the appointments, exams and procedures was done with care and kindness with a well explained treatment plan. The office is well kept. Great to have a wonderful dentist in town.
