I was in Phoenix for the Rock N Roll marathon weekend from Oklahoma. Bill did an acupuncture/cupping session before my race and it was a wonderful experience. This was my first acupuncture experience. Bill is educated and well versed in his profession. He will answer any questions you may have and make you feel right at home. His professionalism is top notch. If you are looking for a relaxing experience or have an issue that needs to be treated Bill will make sure you are well taken care of. I'd utilized cupping in the past which is what I was originally going to try but I also ended up trying the acupuncture and that's what ended up doing the trick. It was my first time with acupuncture and I was more than skeptical. But he explained it to me and it's the real deal. It reset that nerve that was causing the issues and the problem went away.

10/10 recommend! I went to 5 Elements Acupuncture for cupping and acupuncture on my shins and ankles. I go to the gym five days a week, and the shin splints and general soreness in my legs was starting to hinder my performance. Let me tell you, my legs felt GREAT after my treatment. The whole experience was so relaxing and welcoming, like a nice spa treatment. My ankles felt great and my shin splints were gone! I couldn't wait to go back to the gym and not be in pain.
