I have been a patient for 5+ years. I am an older athlete who competes in CrossFit at the highest level. Carl has helped keep me major injury free by freeing soft tissue adhesion and preserving my range of motion. If you have limited range of motion, have nerve impingement or soft tissue issues, I’d suggest a visit. It may take several treatments depending on factors such as the severity or how long the adhesion has been present.

4.5 months ago, I was in a bad way. I hurt my back and literally could not move. It was diagnosed as a herniated L5/S1 disc. I do not know all of the terminology but my disc was separated 1/2 inch from my spine. There were many times I was paralyzed. I crawled in to see Dr. Nottoli on a referral from a good friend. After our initial consultation and Dr. Carl reviewing my MRI, I asked him if he was going to be able to help me. He did not mince words. He said, "yes, I can help you but it will be a lot of work on your part and mine". And it was!! However, 4.5 months later, I am 85% healed from an affliction that changed the
trajectory of my life. Surgery and pills are not an option for somebody with my personality. Well, thank goodness they are not necessary because of Dr. Nottoli.
Dr. Carl - I can't thank you enough for giving me my health and freedom back.

Even though I was badly injured, they both made me feel very comfortable and told me I would be getting incrementally better with every visit to Dr. Carl - they were right!!

Their personalities and empathy go a long way in the business they are in!!

Hello again on 4-26-2025.

Dr. Carl treated me for a herniated L5/S1 about 6 months ago.

My back and body felt so much better so I stopped my structured treatment plan - which was a mistake.

My lower back flared up 2 weeks ago and I had thoughts of what occurred last year (bedridden, at times paralyzed, very nonfunctional).

I saw Dr. Carl this past Thursday and not only did he assure me that my affliction was not as severe as last year, he treated my lower back and hip and I walked out of his office feeling much better.

I am going to play golf tomorrow with my son!

Unbelievable!!

I spoke to Dr. Carl about how we could tackle this issue if it happens again (it is probably attributable to adhesions in my back, glutes, and upper legs.)

We agreed that regular treatment and maintenance would be perfect for my condition.

And this is what we will do moving forward.

Staff super friendly, and practicioners super knowledgeable and effective at treating muscular issues. They don't just treat the problem effectively, they also teach you ways to help strengthen and shape your body to prevent the issues from recurring. Could not be happier with my experience.
I would recommend this to anyone who has lasting chronic pain that places like Athletico and other Chiro-practicioners can't seem to figure out.
It has been such a great help to me, as someone who suffers from extreme muscular pain and cramping due to medical conditions. Worked so well I even started bringing my fiancee to work on her back issues!
