I was a little nervous about going to a chiropractor. Goodmans really reassured me with a depth consultation before they ever started adjustments. Not only do they provide adjustments but also work with you to develop the best plan to better your health. I also learned strengthening exercises to improve posture and ergonomics. I wish I would have started going sooner. I highly recommend goodmans health care. Dr.Purdum in Clifton has been great and is great with my young son.

We absolutely love our visits to Goodman Chiropractic in Clifton. The staff is absolutely amazing. We usually take our 4 year old and baby with us and they are so great with the kiddos. They are extremely knowledgeable and clearly passionate about what they do. I was definitely one of those people who was skeptical about getting my back cracked (even though I’ve struggled with lower back pain since teen years). The first couple adjustments were sore but now after having had several adjustments I feel so much better! The doctor is very gentle and so kind. My adjustments even help with brain fog, colds and headaches. I highly recommend Goodman Chiropractic - especially in Clifton!

Dr. Perdum and Sarah are the greatest team. From the moment you walk in the door to the moment you leave you feel completely welcomed and comfortable. Sarah is the most wonderful and welcoming assistant, I could not imagine seeing her bright face every time I go in. Dr. Perdum is sensational! She has a wonderful personality and is even better with her hands. I have been seeing her for almost a year, and I am completely pain free. They are also incredibly flexible with scheduling, and they always do their best to fit you in. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a new chiropractor.
