I am without words to describe my experience with Jocelyn at I Care Massage & Head Spa . I was in town for a conference in Tempe, AZ and needed something to help me ground and center myself before my presentation and the busy week ahead. After a quick google search, I came across, I Care Massage and Head Spa. What I was surprised to find was the combination treatment for both a massage and head spa treatment. I was nervous because it indicated 3hrs of my day, but I also had a good feeling about it after looking at the reviews. When I first parked my car I realized that this was an independent women owned business and it furthered my want to receive services. I was greeted with such warmth and aloha with Jocelyn, I immediately felt at ease. Jocelyns' energy and genuine interest in my needs were also something I was taken by because I felt she really cared. I filled out paperwork before my appointments and my usual experience is that paperwork is just protocol and people don't really give it much thought. This was not the case with Jocelyn, she asked relevant questions about what I put into the paperwork and it elevated my overall experience. During my treatment, she also made sure to checkin to ensure the pressure she was using was comfortable for me and I just want to comment, Jocelyn has VERY STRONG HANDS. Don't let her kind and small stature fool you, she's got muscle! I truly received so much more than I expected and I cannot praise Jocelyn with I Care Massage & Head Spa enough. Mahalo Jocelyn. Such an awesome experience. I received the service as a gift from a coworker and didn't know exactly what to expect, so went in a little nervous. Jocelyn is very intuitive and helped me feel at ease immediately. She checked in often to make sure I was comfortable with the pressure/temperature and to explain what she was doing. It was so much more than just a scalp treatment! The massage & stretching had me in a trance in the best way. Will definitely recommend to anyone who needs a little relaxation & care.

Jocelyn was amazing from start to finish! Great communication both in discussing appointments, and also during the treatment. She chose the name of her business correctly, because you can really feel the tender care she puts into every detail. Her room is very zen, dark and light, along with all the relaxing sounds. She incorporates many different soothing modalities that you make you wanna drift away. My hair feels like silk, and my skin is glowing! 10/10. Best message I’ve ever had. Jocelyn is a wonderful soul and gifted healer. She provides so much more than just your basic relaxing or overly aggressive massage. She healed hurt I didn’t even know was there. I ended my message in powerful, but gentle tears. I felt safe and held. She provides custom care and it is apparent her heart is in providing the best for her clients/patients. Today was my first massage with her and I can’t wait to continue.
